     The correct sizing of implants is not just related to height and weight, although larger people can usually handle larger implants.

     Plastic surgeons need to take into account factors such as chest width, gland size, degree of ptosis or pseudoptosis (sagging) and overall body proportions. There are also different shapes of implants (regular versus "high profile" and round vs. contour.)

     I can tell you from seeing hundreds of these procedures done, though, that 450 cc implants will be on the big side. Whether or not they are too big for you depends on the factors I listed above.

   I'm so lost in bra sizes! Just when I noticed that my old bra's are too small I went to a shop and bought a new one 32A (UK) size. However, I'm not sure if it's a little bit too small for me... I used some web calculators where you write centimeters of ur breast and get your cup size in all ways. However they all were different.
   So I was wondering is there any website with uncensored photos and measurements where you can get all information about cup sizes and bra's?

     I can't help you find pic of boobs. But use my bra equation and you will be able to get the right fit. You have to measure in inches not Cm.

     Here is the best way to determine your bra size, measure yourself. You might ask your friend to help but you don't need to. Best to do this part topless.
     Fullest part of the Bust inches - Under the bust in inches = your cup size in inches
     40inch -36 inches = 4 inches

     A=1in B=2in C=3in D=4 in
     Under the bust = your band size. So if you it's 30 then your band size is 30. If it's an odd number like 29 then you have to go up to the next even number to ge the band size. But you should still do the equation like above with the odd number; ie 36inch - 29inch = 7inches

     Each cup size is a one inch higher than the next except for aa which is only on half inch smaller than a A cup. AAA is nothing but a bra made for women that are really small so they feel more normal by having a bra.

      You don't 'suffer' from small breasts! It's not a disease or something!
      It's perfectly normal and shouldn't even be an issue to you.
      Are you breastfeeding? If not then what's the big deal?

      Ignore all this crap about having to have big breasts to be sexy, it's not true. Men don't care, women don't care. The media have made you believe that 'perfect' women are meant to have big breasts - it's not true! And at your young age you are more likely to fall for it.

      Wearing padded bras do not affect breast growth, and what you eat or drink doesn't either. Breast size is all in your DNA and sometimes weight.
      You are only 16 and have plenty of growing to do, but please, stop worrying about the size of your breasts, it is not important.

      If having small breasts is your only problem in life then you are very lucky.

      By the way, 'sleeping on your front with no bra' and 'rubbing' them is a load of crap, it won't work. If it worked, no one would have small breasts. Surgery is expensive and painful and you will always know they are fake, it's far more rewarding to be happy with your natural size than go through all the pain and expense of a boob job. Be positive.

      This is an excellent support/FAQ/picture site (You need to apply for picture access, which IMO is an absolute must! Pictures really help!). Women post up their pictures and you can see how they look with and without clothes.

      What you could do is buy a C or D cup in your current band size and stuff the bra a bit, then put a shirt on and see how you look in it.

    I am definitely making big changes this year, one of the biggest being my decision to have something done with my breasts. I am done with these big boobies. Done. Done. Done. I've been wanting a breast reduction for the longest time now, but I'm still in the early process. I go back for another appointment on Tuesday, to look over my spine x-rays and take the next step. My doctor agreed to refer me to a plastic surgeon, but she wanted me to get x-rays, so we could rule out any other issues that could be causing my back pain. (Which is obviously due to the heaviness of my breasts).

    But, my sister's best friend recently put another thought into my mind- a breast lift. I'm 18 years old, and my friend doesn't think I should get a reduction, but a breast lift instead. She thinks that I am too young for a breast reduction, and fears for me that I won't be able to breast feed when I have children someday...(because I do want children, and I do want to breastfeed... even though I wouldn't mind if I end up not ever breastfeeding) She says that with a lift, I could get the perkiness that I want without having to cut away at my boobs too much, I guess. I really don't know. I've seen tons of photos of breast reduction and lifts before and after- and I honestly couldn't tell the difference with half of them.

    Which would you recommend? Right now I am a 40 DD according to when I got measured a few months ago. My weight also flucuates and I am sure that I'll lose more weight soon. Maybe too much that I won't even qualify for a breast reduction? I'm currently 175 lbs.

    As I said before, my appointment is Tuesday, so any advice would be great.

    @Jets- Right, but even if I do get a lift, won't they sag if I end up breast feeding? That would just defeat the whole purpose.

      A reduction. You can actually get a lift done at the same time. You can ask your surgeon if you think you need one. Definitely lose the weight you want to before the surgery. Boobs can get smaller with weight loss. Also, you dont want to get a reduction, then lose the weight and have them get too small or saggy! You may not be able to breastfeed after the surgery. However, girls with big boobs usually can't breast feed anyway because the baby suffocates in all that extra boob. I had a reduction from a 28G to a D. I feel much much better, especially my back, but even my shoulders and neck because my posture has improved.

    Body fat measuring - breast fat?
    My maternal grandma had medium breasts (C) I never met my paternal grandma but in photos her breasts looked upper small-lower medium (high B, low C possibly). I began sprouting at about age 8 and my cycle started at age 9, just 6mons before my 10th b-day. I began putting on weight around age 11 and by age 12 I was a big B, by age 15 I was a D cup and as I progress weight wise my breasts increase in size. I am short and medium boned... 5'3" and 179lbs... yup I realize that it is ridiculous - by now at age 20 I'm an F. At age 15-17 I was 150 some odd lbs.
    I am getting ready to begin a fierce workout plan. But before I begin I am getting measured for body fat... is there body fat measurements for breasts?
    Obviously my size increase is vast and I know the anatomy of a breast and being well overweight obviously I would have a lot of fat in my breast... so can that be measured and estimated how much I would possibly loose?
    I wasn't talking about my BMI. I know what a body mass index is, but measuring body fat on each part of you is different, right?

      Body mass index indicates your height and weight, and whether your height-to-weight is healthy or not. It does not measure how much body fat you have this is done by a nutritionist or a personal trainer - yes, breasts could enter into a separate entity.

      Or, you can estimate your body fat:

      Adult Body Fat % = (1.20 x BMI) + (0.23 x Age) - (10.8 x gender) - 5.4
      male gender= 1, female=0.

      I like the little clamps better.

      If you want to tone your girls do chest exercises. I hope someone more educated and fitness minded or a doctor will come along and offer a more insightful answer.

      ETA: It's called breast hypertrophy or gigantomastia.
      You can't spot reduce, but I met a woman who had lost nearly 70lbs and 2 cup sizes ... so you never know. Don't think about it too much at this point, right now just focus on loosing all of your weight and toning up your body (of course, eating well too) and once you have accomplished that and your breasts are still miserably large or you just don't like their size you can spot reduce via surgeon! Hopefully you won't have to go that route though. /-:

      I think you will find that Labour has done its best to hinder charities in some instances:
      VAT charges are one.

    I noticed a spot on my left breast on Sunday. It is the size of a quarter, dark colored in the center, and red around the edge. Went to the doctor and he thought it might be busted blood vessels, but said to come back in a week and have it rechecked.       Well... first of all I do think that breast feeding is a natural thing that women should not be made ashamed of. Women should not have to breast feed their children on the toilet of a public bathroom, stay at home so that they can breast feed in privacy, etc. It isn't fair. Its a boob. So what? The child needs to eat, they need to feed them, and most women just want to breast feed privately, and they attempt to cover up themselves as much as they can. I've seen women get thrown out of restaurants for breast feeding even though they had a blanket draped over them so nothing could be seen. In other countries breast feeding is not an issue. It's normal, healthy, and natural. As for Facebook's ban, I'm not entirely sure what woman would WANT to post a picture of themselves breast feeding on there, to be quite honest. It is normal and natural, but it isn't necessarily something that needs drawn attention to. Women should have the right to breast feed their children when they need to, but they also shouldn't draw public attention to themselves and their breasts. Putting a picture of that up on Facebook is just shouting "hey look at my breasts and what they can do!." Anyway, when it comes down to it, they're just boobs. Big deal. Women have them, men have them, people who are against breast feeding in public need to get over it. But to post it on Facebook? I'm not so sure it should be against policy, but it's certainly tacky. That's just my personal opinion. May be right, may be wrong, but that's what I think.

    Any way to reduce scarring after breast surgery?
    Im 18 and 38FF cup and i really despise my chest [medical reasons, bad back at 18, clothes don't fit, unwanted attention, lost alot of weight so they don't look good etc] when im older and have more money i want to get a breast reduction/uplift.
    I have seen before and after photos of this surgery and the scarring is pretty bad looking, is there a way to correct it after the surgery or have any treatment to reduce scarring or would i just have to wait a couple of years for it to fade?

    I live in northern Ireland and i don't have any insurance to cover it due to the free health care on the NHS i know i can get it there if i meet certain requirements but i think i have to be over a certain age which i'm not at the minute.

      I had a breast reduction surgery 3 years ago and went from a 40G to a 36C. It's the best thing I've ever done for myself! The change in activity level and self confidence is amazing. I'm a totally different person.

      Your insurance may pay for it if you're having back problems...I had BCBS and they did.

      Most of the before and after pics you see are taken pretty soon after the surgery before the scars have healed all the way which can take a year or more. I have a tendency to scar easily but my breast scars now are barely noticable. Vitamin E rub will help only if you're very consistant in applying it over the course of several months or longer. (I never had the discipline to apply it every day)

    Can anyone recommend a site with representative photos of different sizes of female breasts?
    I read here and there about someone who will have a 36A bra size or a 32B or 28K and I am curious as to what those look like. There is such paranoia about men looking at breasts in the US I can't believe it. They are only human appendages and I find them quite beautiful and I always have.

    How can I arrange my photos in my bedroom?
    I had stuck (using sticky tack!) a lot of photos of me and my friends on my wall BUT I fancy a change as the huge block of photos was getting boring and just too big, especially as I just keep adding to it!!     I need to develop some topless photos?
    I took pictures of myself (no face) topless prior to breast augmentation. I need to have them developed. Although not pornographic, they are "nude" photos. I used a disposable camera. I did a google search and could not find anything online. Pls help. I would like to have these pictures for my "before" and my boobilicious "after" pics!
    I already had the surgery. I took these pictures about two years ago. Just need to get them developed.

      Good grief, people. How juvenile can you get???

      Take your camera to any decent one-hour lab. (Not WalMart, they refuse to print any nudity, whether clinical or not) Or take them to a store that sends film to an outlab processer. Most drugstores etc send either to a Fuji lab or a Kodak lab. They will have no problem with developing your film. If you're a bit sensitive about them, look for a lab with a mature woman behind the counter rather than a bunch of teenagers. Don't be embarrassed. I took the before and after photos of my daughter's breast reduction and the photos of her surgeon doing the marking. directly before surgery. Of course, I developed them myself, but any reputable lab will be discreet and non-judgmental. So go ahead and get them done before your film deteriorates.

38. QUESTION:
    What do men find physically attractive in a woman?
    Is it the face, breast size or body shape/size or the whole package? I would also like to know how important you men feel a symmetrical face and breast size is. I am a 5'2 100 pd. petite/slim female. I have long platinum blonde hair, blue eyes, nice smile, nice complexion. I do however have a slightly deviated nose to the right (it always appears I am looking to the right in my photos) and smaller breasts (size A-B). Would most men be able to overlook my deviated nose and smaller breasts if I have a fit body and other attractive qualities? I wonder if you would find a photo of a woman with a deviated nose less attractive than a woman with a straight nose? I wonder if I should get nose surgery to straighten it. The deviated nose seems to throw off the symmetry of my face and many men find symmetrical faces more attractive. Do you think facial attractiveness is more important than a hot body or can a man still find a girl attractive if she has a hot body but a crooked nose?

      Citygirl... just be happy with everything that you have. Every man likes something different, one thing or a thousand things, and your biggest imperfections likely are only the ones that 'you' notice the most. Too many people are unhappy with something about themselves, that only they can see, or others don't even much care about.

      A flaw in body, is not a flaw in character or personality. You are fine, just as you are, so stop looking for 'defects'. No one is perfect-looking, to everyone, and never will be. Just... be yourself, and stop worrying about such things. It's just a waste of time and worry. Pointless, such worries.

    Yahoo profiles...I'm not going to post it, erring on the side of caution, but?
    I've read the terms of service, and the community guidelines and this is just not very clear. Suppose I wanted to post a picture of myself topless, not touching myself in any way and not vulgar. Just a tasteful photo of breasts. On the old 360 pages we had the option of marking things as adult content...the guidelines for the whole "profile" thing are just not as clear. I won't post the picture, but just want to know: COULD I?

      Sure you could, the question is whether you'd be violated or not. Well, if its a good picture it would at least get violated "spiritually" I suppose.

      The photos are able to be marked as viewable by connections only, so I guess if the photo was set that way then only a connection would even be able to report it right? I do mean the yahoo pulse "profile" and then your yahoo answers contacts don't automatically become connections there, so people would still have to request it, and you'd have to accept it. I have mine all marked as "everyone" viewable but now you've got me thinking.

    Relationship issue--my ex cheated on me, so I showed people nude photos of him. Should I apologize?
    Ok, here's the short version of the story.

    I had an ONLINE boyfriend; we dated about ten months and were planning to meet in real life. He cheated on me in the meanwhile and I found out; he left me and stole some things of mine, so I stole more stuff back. Cue a huge fight, lots of mudslinging, etc. He wouldn't leave me alone, and kind of threatened to show people photos of my breasts, so I told him if he did one more thing to me I'd show people nude photos of him. He kept going, so I posted them. We fought a while more and he finally backed off, and now he's with the girl he cheated on me with.

    Now, this guy is 19. I feel really, really, really terrible for what I did. I started crying about it today. I miss him, yes, but I don't want him back (and don't think I could/should, anyway), but I feel so terrible that I really want to express to him how torn up I am about my behavior. I wrote him a letter and I'm not sure if I should send it--that's my dilemma. All it says is that I'm sorry, my behavior was terrible, that even though we were fighting, he deserved better and that if he ever needs me I'm here for him.

    I'd like to send this but I don't want to make things worse--they've quieted down lately and I don't want them to start back up. I also don't want to appear like I'm asking for him back, because I am definitely not. I just feel so remorseful. I think that if someone apologizes it should be because they are genuinely sorry, and it benefits the person to whom they are apologizing. However, I can't ascertain whether or not it would do him any good.

    So, girls (and guys): if you were my ex-boyfriend, would you want to receive a handwritten letter from me expressing that I wronged you? Or would it make things worse, drag things on, or make you feel bad?

      no, u cant figure out how ur breasts will look with implants truly even with cutlets because its ur body anatomy inside and out that determines how they will look and hold up, where they will settle, how big ur aureoles will get...etc. to have the best outcome for a breast augmentation surgery, u want to start a work out routine for ur chest area and ur arms and stomach mainly as well as a good cardio routine about 3 months before. u want ur muscles to be in shape, u want ur healing to be good, and circulation is one key element to healing and exercise does that...u also want to kick bad habits like smoking and drinking...anything really that hinders ur health as that will slow ur healing process and as a result may affect other things that are a bit more critical like waking up, blood loss, u get it...to have perky boobs, u have to have the muscle to keep those girls up and looking firm fake or not...if ya do that you will probably be a great candidate to go in through the belly button so that there is no scaring...if u speak with a professional and certified surgeon for this type of cosmetic procedure...which u should look up by the way, they will give u silicone or saline implants that u can place in ur bra to try out the sizes.

    Breast surgery mistakes - Where can I find some pictures?
    I'm working on a research project for class. Before and after photos are by the tons, but I can't find any mistakes or botched jobs. I don't want to expose or embarrass anyone, not for a minute. I was thinking just like the before/after photos of techniques that were successful with the faces covered and names missing, what about those before/after showing the mistakes?

    Hi, I have two questions about breastfeeding. I am very excited about breastfeeding, i read that it is meant to be incredible bonding time for mother and baby. I was speaking to my sister in laws about this and i asked them if your breasts still look the same after feeding. They laughed at me and said I should take a photo of my breasts now because they are going to sag and feel and look like empty sacks when I'm done!! It made me really upset, even though i don't like to be superficial - I like my boobies! Also does it hurt to breastfeed my mother in law has told me horror stories about breastfeeding! I really want to breastfeed and I refuse to be put off by these annoying comments. But is there alot of truth to this.. ?
    My breasts already look really different, they have lots of stretch marks and are bigger and heavier and sit less perky - i dont care about this they still look nice but i have horrible pictures in my mind both my sister in laws have awful breasts. Not to be mean.

      Truth hurts. Your boobs are going to sag from being pregnant, not breast feeding. Because your breasts grow so much durring pregnancy, and than shrink down after the milk goes away - yes they get a little saggy.
      Breast feeding may hurt if they baby is not latched on correctly, the nurse at the hospital will show you how to do it.
      Also you may get dry/cracked/bleding nipples from breastfeeding if you dont keep them moisturized. When you're done feeding your baby just rub some breast milk onto your nipple - it's a natural moisturizer. Beware of putting creams on your nipples because they may cause infection, I heard lonolin? is ok, ask your doctor. Good luck!! I plan on breast feeding my baby too, I'm due in August

      Also breast milk is soooo healthy. Did you know it changes everyday? Your body somehow knows what the baby needs and your milk changes to suit these needs. Say he needs more iron one week...you will have more iron on your milk. It's crazy. There is just no comparing breast milk and formula.
      Breast milk also helps to prevent diabetes and asthma, obesity...and it's easier for the baby to digest.
