Early in the process they can sometimes be red and irritated looking, but then fade to pale and don't stand out as much unless your skin tone is darker or you burn the area.
  
  You can reduce the appearance with some lotions, or you can have them excised with surgery (leaves other scars, though). If you're getting a lift and implants, that will hold the breasts out and may or may not reduce the appearance of the marks.
  
  If you get the lift, etc... it's also recommended that you do exercises to improve the muscle tone of your upper back and chest to help hold your breasts up. Remember that gravity works on implants the same way it works on flesh - without good support (a decent bra) eventually they will head south and make a separation line under the skin that looks iffy. So please keep the muscle tone up and wear good support. I wanted to throw that in because it isn't always mentioned and can come as a nasty surprise later on

  I was also the same size and I do not regret getting them I know exactly what you mean about the clothes thing since most of the cute ones now a days are designed for women with breasts. I also don't ride dirt bikes or lift weights or anything like that. I would also talk to a doctor about that, although they are pretty tough there is the possibility that they can rupture. I do feel like I am more careful now when I rough house with my husband and kids but I have only had mine since March and they say they are healed after a year. My mom lifts weights and she has had her's longer. A lot of offices will give you a free consultation.

  Yes and no. It depends on the material. I went from a 32B to a 32DD and many shirts were tight, but I kind of wanted to show off my new assets. I did buy quite a few new tops, but I kept most of them simply because my new girls looked so impressive in them and I wanted everyone else to know.

Okay, I know 99.9% of guys love a girl with huge, firm, round breasts. Nowadays, a lot of women get implants to fulfill this ideal. But, I was just wondering, do implants make a difference in how you, as a guy, view the girl? For instance, if you saw a girl with really nice, big breasts that you thought were attractive, and then you discovered that they were fake/implants, would you be as attracted to them as you were before you knew they were fake? I was just wondering if guys were less attracted to the idea of "fake" boobs or if they were indifferent and just like boobs enough that they don't care.

  It's not 99.9%. Trust me. And some guys don't care if they're firm or huge or round or not. More than you think.
  
  As for the implant question, I hate breast implants. Too fake.
  And no I wouldn't be as attracted to them as I would before I knew they were fake (though if she wore revealing clothing I could pick out the fakeness before hand).

I'm considering breast implants, mostly because I hate how my body looks in clothes. I have a very petite frame and A cups to match, but my bottom is very 'round' and I have a little more tummy than I want. I can work on these areas of course, but I really think that larger breasts would off-set these larger features and give me a more proportionate look.

My husband is actually undecided on the subject. His major consideration is the cost, although he likes the idea of having bigger toys! LOL His opinion is important to me and it is nice to know that it's not such an important feature in his mind.

  I have implants. I had my surgery just 4 months ago and I was very much like you. I have always been thin, and with that comes small breasts. I can say that I was an A before surgery but even that was a stretch. My chest looked like that of a 10 year old, not that of a woman of age 24, happily married and moving ahead in life. I had the surgery just because I could and wanted to. I didn’t have poor self esteem, and my breasts never made me feel bad about myself. I had the surgery just because I could. Having it did NOT change my self esteem, nor my self image. Even with small breasts, I was confident. Which is what made me such a good candidate for the surgery. I saw implants more of an accessory then a life-altering decision. Some women have very poor self esteem and believe that surgery will fix their issues. But it doesn’t. Surgery is a band-aid on a larger wound and implants may improve your overall look, but it won’t fix your issues with yourself. I went from a A to a D and yes, I absolutely love being able to wear bra’s that fit, have cleavage and look more proportionate in clothing. But I never once saw it as a permanent fix to an internal problem. Lots of women have implants for the wrong reasons. Just make sure you see implants for what they’re worth – a cosmetic solution to small breasts and not a quick fix to a deeper issue. If you want to email me, please do. I decided to get breast implants awhile ago. I was naturally at a full 34C and wanted to go just one cup size bigger, to a 34D. So I had the surgery in early January. About a week after the surgery, I was at a 34DD. I figured that maybe it was just because of the swelling; I'm sure that once the swelling goes down, I'll be back at a D-cup. Except now, 3 1/2 months later, I'm at a full E-cup! The shape of the implants themselves are very nice - they look natural, jiggle a bit when I bend over, etc. I had 500 cc's put in, if that helps you with your answer. Help!
I already had the surgery. Lame comments like "natural is better" or "anything more than a mouthful is a waste" are fine, scream them out loud - I don't care. But those immature comments are irrelevant to my question. So please, think before writing!

  Ok, so you're looking at a slightly swollen version of the end result. If you're an E cup, you shouldn't expect to be much smaller than a DD in the future. 500 cc's is a large implant.
  
  Swelling usually subsides completey within 6-months...so it's still a bit early to tell. But if you are unhappy with them at that point, you need to demand that the doctor fix them for you, or give you a referral for a different doctor who will give you what you want.

I would be okay if my breasts were both DD. But I wouldn't want my right (smaller) breast to be nice and perky, and my left breast to be saggy and crappy. So, how would I acheive even, or somewhat even, perky breasts? Would I need some liposuction of my left breast before putting an implant in so that it could match in size to my right breast? I can save up the money for the procedure, but I don't know if I can afford thousands more for whatever else needs to be done. I live in Michigan, by the way...

  When a woman has uneven breasts, she normally goes in for both a reduction and implant surgery. During the course of one surgery, they'll take some tissue from the larger breast and put it in the smaller breast to even them out, and you won't have any silicone. You'd probably end up with two D size breasts. You should look into it if it's what you feel you want.

  I think that you are definitely a candidate for plastic surgery! I would get implants or cosmetic surgery if I was in that situation. I wouldn't worry about trying to figure it out...Just go in for a consultation with a surgeon in your area! I'm sure they can figure out the safest and best way to even things out.
