Then moving the palms downwards in order to have the fingers rubbing against the side surfaces of the breasts would be ideal to give fuller and firmer look to the breasts. However, this should not be done onto the nipples, as this might spoil their shapes. Continue the same for about 10 times on each breast.

Breast massages are innocent and do not have any side-effects. Such massaging is also considered to be a prophylactic and diagnostic cure for cancerous growth of breasts.

      There are some products on the market that stimulate Estrogen and there are some that make you gain weight (as you would gain the weight all over, including the breasts)... aside from pregnancy, those are the only ways to impact breast size and the only way that pills could help with. If these products impact your Estrogen, then you need to talk to your doctor about this to see if it would impact the hormone therapy.       I doubt they work but I just want to tell you there is no difference in boob size between a 32A and a 34A. The number part stands for the size of your ribcage, like how far around your body the bra will go. The A, B, C, etc is the actual size of your boobs.

      The only method that actually works is surgery. If you don't wish to do this, you could try dressing to accentuate what little you have.       the pills work by making your body retain water. your boobs do get bigger, but the rest of you gains water weight too.

      Many of us women have been there and done that as teens or young ladies. Sorry, but pills and creams do not work and you would be throwing your money away.

      Breast tissue is predominantly fat. The only way to increase your bust size is to gain weight and then there is no guarantee that it will go to your bust line.

      So, choose a padded bra, miracle bra or "water" bra if you want to increase your size. Surgery is the only other option.

    A friend of mine had tried two different types of breast enhancement pills over the course of a year or so. She tried the first for months, got no results and then the second with no results again. She recently quit and she had a couple of extra bottles which she gave me. I figure I got them free anyway, so I might as well try them.

    But, I went online to read about natural breast enhancers and I read on one site that they can have adverse effects over time on the uterus. I was given 2 months worth and I am not, even if they do work, going to buy any more. Is it possible to cause harm to my body if I use them as directed for no more than 2 months? I am not asking if they work and I am not insecure about my body. I simply asking if two months will likely cause me harm. (By the way, the ingredients are the typical all-natural ingredients that are in a lot of these natural breast enhancement pills like fenugreek for example.)

      OK Let's see....your friend tried them and they didn't work. She gave them to you. You found info that says they might cause harm. You are wanting to know if you should take them? They don't work. That's a given. They might cause harm. Why in the world would you take them? You already know thye won't help, and you know they might cause harm. Would you advise your daughter to take them???? If you can answer that yes, then by all means take them.

    Typical I know.. but I had my darling daughter and now my breasts are no longer what they used to be. I've stopped breast feeding her now.
