     Dulcolax is a pretty effective treatment for constipation that is not too harsh.

     Your vest will feel tighter with swelling and eating but you just have to put up with it for now unfortunately

     Since you have undergone surgery before, I suggest you go back to your surgeon and find out the reason behind your current situation. Is it due to still have remaining glandular tissue or just new fat tissue?
     There are some non-surgical treatments but only applicable to selective cases, ie. pseudo-gynecomastia. If your gynecomastia is due to excess fat, you may want to try some workouts, ie. DB bench press and other chest exercises. Adjust your diet. You may want to try tumeric and more alkaline food.

      You didn't mention your age, but you should know that Gynecomastia usually goes away on its own within a couple of years after puberty. That's always preferable to undergoing surgery. I've had surgery, although not for your problem, and it takes at least 6 months to really get back to anything like normal. You may lose some nerve ending in your chest and nipples. You will have some scarring, and it might not look especially normal. My advice is to wait and see if you're still anywhere near puberty.
      Remember that when you consult with a surgeon that they always think surgery is the solution. That's how they view the world. There's a saying..."To the man with a hammer, the world looks like it needs a nail." Try to remember that there are other solutions (such as just waiting). You can always have surgery later if it doesn't clear up on its own, so why risk surgery now?

    I am 18 years old and I have had gynecomastia since I was 7. When I was 7 I was overweight and I didn't start becoming self-conscious of my breasts until age 10 and I rarely took my shirt off in front of others, nor went to the pool.

      dude...i feel bad fo u...but u can't really spot reduce a certian area...

      the best ways i can suggest is stop eating fatty food..try to hit the gym for cardio..do a good 30 min cardio for a month or so and then switch to HIIT( high intensity interval training ), do a lot of swimming..and most importantly..DRINK LOTS OF WATER!!..

      The results are very good. A small incision is made around the nipple and it cannot even be detected after the surgery. The fatty tissue is removed through this incision. If you have muscular pectoral muscles, none of it will be removed. Therefore, all will be okay. Also, the recovery period is very short. You could have the surgery on Friday and be back to work on Monday.

      Alright, the person above is most likely wrong. Your gynecomastia hasn't gone away yet, so most likely, it wont. I was stuck with mine until 19 and I only rid myself of it because I took something; I wont tell you what I took because your parents would be upset if you asked for a prescription for it.
      You should wait until you are ATLEAST 18. If you want your insurance to cover your surgery you need to be 18 and there is no point in getting surgery if your just going to have a chance to get it back because you are not done with puberty. Once you get done with puberty then consult your parents; who knows, you could get lucky, but the chances are slim.
      Yes, the post surgery is about a month.

      It depends on how extensive your gynecomastia is, wht your surgeon prefers, and what you prefer. I've sedated guys for this while the surgeon used local anesthesia, and I've done a quick general for them.

      You certainly don't HAVE to be awake.
