      I hate tell you, the breast augmentation are not best. Problems is; there is several problems after sugery. Could get some bleeding or not perfect. If I were you to leave your breast as it. You should be glad what you have now. Your breast is natural. But it's up to you. My best friend had breast augmentation three years ago. She was not happy after surgery. She had bleeding coming out her breast. She had goes back for repair. It is wasting the money.

      Iv'e heard that it is a bit painful for a week or so...also dd is very large...be prepared for back problems...and it takes a while for the skin to stretch and for them to fall into place properly...but never had it done...but id'e get them done asap before you're holiday to make sure there are no problems and that you feel comfy with them...good luck...

      If you are worried about what guys think about areola size: we don't care. A lot of guys actually like bigger areola proportion to breast size. There is no "normal" proportion, and size varies wildy; I'm sure larger-breasted women with tiny areolas are thinking the same thing you are.

      Depends upon how they are doing the surgery.

      I helped a friend get her's redone. She had them done from the arm pits, and I gave her a shower the next day. And in about 2 weeks they took the stitches out.

      And another friend we knew had them done from below the breast. She couldn't take a shower for 10 days, and it was about 6 weeks before she could go back to work.

      As I say depends upon how the surgery is being done.

      And it is better to do under the muscle and from the arm pits, than any of the other ways.
