In most instances this does not happen, but when it does, the patient will have to spend an extra two weeks sleeping on their stomach. The worst case is when the suture opens wide enough to where the implant is revealed, which is very painful and could cause a serious infection. If this kind of complication occurs, the implant needs be removed and remain out for a minimum of three months. Only after that amount of time can it be re-inserted.

Another technique has revolutionized the butt implant surgery arena: the use of fat grafting. Compared to implants, it is known to be safer plus it requires less downtime and surgery time. With the grafting technique, the patient is able to use their own body’s fat cells, but in turn they are also capable of having a modified liposuction. Fat is typically grafted from the hips or stomach, and gets inserted in the body through two minor incisions, layering carefully within tunnels in the butt. By using your own body’s fat cells, the body absorbs a significant amount of the fat in many cases, and a second series of incisions may need to be made to get the desired look.

      Butt implants are more solid than breast implants. I am just going from my knowledge from tv. If you are of a size larger I do not think they are a good option because the implants tend to be of a smaller size, unless they make bigger ones now anyway. I saw a lady who was like a size 14 get them on a show and you could TOTALLY see the shape of the implant because the rest of her butt was still flat. I was really in shock that the Dr didn't use a larger implant or didn't deny the lady the surgery. But if you have a smaller butt then they look great. I watched a show where a girl about a size 4-5 got butt implants and her butt was really nice afterwards because the implants were the right size for her.

      You won't get a bigger butt necessarily, but you can tone it so it looks better or doesn't sag. There are butt clenches and other exercises you can do. but you should just look it up or at the gym, look at the different machines' targets and choose appropriate. It's hard to describe the exericses here.

White women are more likely to get lipo on their butts than implants.

      It will probably cost around 000. The problem with taking the fat from the stomach or thighs is that if your butt is just naturally flat then your body doesn't want the fat there, so if you put it there and lose weight you'll lose it in your butt first and be right back where you started.

      The dangers would be the same in any surgery, the anesthesia and infection, plus chance of rejection with the implants.

      i'd go with the brazilian butt augmentation just because you won't have to worry about your body rejecting any foreign object like a butt implant. If you don't really have any fat on you which i'm assuming you don't if you want a bigger butt lol, they're going to ask you to gain weight after your first consultation and then they take that extra fat that you've gained and put it in the buttocks area. (obviously they shape it around so it's not just a flabby fat ass lol) but this way to me is much better because it's your own fat! If you're still unsure just make the consultation with your doctor and he will go over all the pros and cons of each as well as help you figuring out wich surgery will benefit you more.       yes, anytime you get any kind of artifical implants whether it's for your breasts or butt. your going to have stretch marks due to the skin stretching to fit the implant. implants don't last that long 10 years the maximum length. for instance when a women is pregnant. the skin stretches to accomadate the growing fetus. it's the same with artifical implants. i know a friend who has breasts implants and you can see the stretch marks on the sides of her breasts where the skin stretch to accomadate the implants to sit comfy on her chest. fat injections only lasts for like 6 months and then you have to pay it have it done over and over again. i think it would be best to do exercises which are cheaper and alot more healthy. you need to be happy about the skin your in. hope i helped ya.
