Lord knows I don't need anymore...I just want em lifted.

  2. QUESTION:
Can you get a breast lift without getting implants?
After nursing a child I could use a lift but I don't want implants.

    • ANSWER:
Yes, you can, but implants make the breasts appear "fuller." As long as you are OK with the compromise in fullness "up top," it can be done. It is not as common but can be done.

  3. QUESTION:
Way To Get A Breast Lift Without Surgery Or Implants?
Hello, is there a way to get a breast lift naturally without paying the cost of 00 for breast enlargement surgery or implants? I heared of exercises or "breast enlarging massages", creams, lotions and herbs and stuff I just don't know what works..

    Please help me thanks!

    • ANSWER:
Firstly you need to realize that true beauty lies inside of you.. firm breasts don't mean everything, if you let your spirit shine no one will care that your boobs lost a bit of firmness.

That aside here are a few options:

-Pushup bras are great for lifting the breasts, they might not be the most comfortable to wear all day long but they work really well to enhance the appearance of the breasts

-Pushup exercises or any other chest exercises are great for firming and toning the breasts.. it takes a while to notice a difference but it definitely works.

-Natural, herbal breast lifting supplements are great as well. I had a girlfriend gain 2 cup sizes in a matter of 4 months time using this one that worked really well!

  4. QUESTION:
how can i lift my breast without implants? any creams or tablets to take?
i had two kids and my breasts are sagging. please help me to lift them up but without surgery.

    • ANSWER:
The best non-surgical ways are: 1) avoid high impact activities that can put extra "pull" on them, 2) make sure you wear very good bras, and 3) weight train the chest muscles.

I have helped several women increase their bust size and firm up in that area. I have seen as much as two cup size increase in "small breasted" women and seen "large breasted" women lose significantly (usually because they were losing weight in general and refused to tell me how much...)

  6. QUESTION:
can you have a breast lift without implant?
my breasts are a D cup, so i dont want them any larger, but since having baby they are much lower. can this be fixed without an implant?

    • ANSWER:
Yes you can. You need to consult with a highly reputable cosmetic surgeon who specialises in breast augmentation procedures to find out what options are available to you.

There are several different techniques for breast lifts. The surgeon will be able to tell you which procedure is most suitable for your invidual case. You may find you need a small implant, because when excess tissue is removed and lifted, the breasts can lose some of their shape and volume. A small breast implant can restore this along with a lifting procedure.

(I will schedule a consultation with a plastic surgeon, but I thought I'd get some real-people answers first)
    Thanks guys

    • ANSWER:
The breasts may appear a bit smaller, but with a large chest size like yours you're not going to notice it. In reality they're only HIGHER, breast tissue isn't removed. They take the skin, remove a wedge, tighten and lift the breast, and are also able to make the nipples smaller and midline. I'll include a video that explains the procedure in greater detail.

  11. QUESTION:
    breast lift results?
from experiance, can anyone tell me what kind of results I can expect from a breast lift without implants. I am a 36D with a decent amount of breast tissue.

    • ANSWER:
Breast lift surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

  12. QUESTION:
Question about big sagging breasts, getting implants, and no lift. Will it reduce sagging? Please read??!?
Ok so i am 18 and i have size DD breasts. I have had one previous pregnancy which i breastfed for 6 months afterward. I am also 31 weeks pregnant and plan on breastfeeding again. So ever since my first pregnancy my breasts have dramatically started to sag. I feel like an 18 year old with a 50 year olds breasts!! I am just wondering if i were to get implants to go one cup size bigger WITHOUT a breast lift would it make them less saggy? Or will the implants not be enough and ill need a lift to see a difference in them sagging? Im curious because iv seen Alot of breast implants make the breast look more perky and "perfect" afterwards(mostly on small breasts though). I want my breast to be less saggy, they don't have to be perfect, i don't want them to look like balloons on my chest. I just don't want to get a lift because of the scaring. So without a lift will implants be enough to reduce the sagging? Thanks!=]

    • ANSWER:
well if you are a DD cup now and plan on going up one cup size...they will look like balloons - which is what you don't want.

no...implants will not reduce sagging...they will fill out loose skin if you have that & they will still be big but they will still be the same shape.

honestly, i went from a 36DD cup down to a 36C...i had an uplift, reduction and smaller implants put in and my breasts are lovely....i previously had the same problem as you and hated my breasts being saggy....i lost all confidence when they were like that.

the scarring is not bad at all as your breast will sit on the underneath scar so it doesn't show and in time...any scars fade into a tiny silver line which is hardly noticeable. if you are going to spend big money on implants - perhaps get the job done properly and have the breasts you would like to have - after the birth of course....and good luck with that honey!!

  13. QUESTION:
Can I fix my breast without implants?
My breast are two different sizes. I hate em' :( I would like to fix them, but don't want to get implants. Beyonce and Rihanna have perfect breast. And they are not big. They fill out all their tops perfectly. Their breast are so lifted and perfectly molded. I want that!!

    • ANSWER:
You can fix it without an augmentation, but it's going to involve surgery still. You could have a reduction on the larger breast, and a lift to make them perkier if you'd like. The benefit is that a reduction and lift doesn't have to be redone every so often like implants. However, it's still expensive and there are still the risks of surgery.

As for nonsurgical options, unfortunately there really aren't any. None that work anyway. Sorry.

  16. QUESTION:
breast lift and how having children can effect it?
Ok I'm interested in having a breast lift (NOT IMPLANTS!) My breasts are already so large and I am unhappy with them sagging so bad (and I'm only 23!), as well as the placement of the areoles. I want to get the breast lift because I can achieve the perky, plump, and round breast without actually having implants. So my question is will (and how does) having children later on in life have an effect on the surgery, like will it distort them later on or "undo" the surgery.
i would love it if someone who has had this experience happen to answer the question... like did you have a breast lift early on and then did it change when having children.

    • ANSWER:
if it is not a drastic change then i think you will be fine

your skin is elastic and no matter how much more you take off
it can still stretch on its own
woman can have babies with implants so i doubt a lift will harm you

  17. QUESTION:
    Breast Implants/Breast Lift under 18?
I'm turning 16 in January and I plan to get implants and a lift (not at 16. I'll wait until I'm 17 or 18). I'm not doing it to look like Pamela Anderson or because I want bigger breasts. My breasts are C cups but they sag horribly. I was put on steroids for three years for asthma and the weight gain and loss has created excess skin on my breasts (they've always been C cups since I was in elementary school and still are). So it's hard for me to go even to sleep without wearing a bra. I'm forced to wear one 24/7 because the sagging hurts so badly. I plan to get implants and a lift to fix the extra skin and get my breasts to stand up better. I'll probably go to a D or DD. I'm 5'8 so that size wouldn't look tremendous on me. I was thinking that I'd probably get sub-pectoral or full sub-muscular with smooth/round saline implants with a lollipop incision. Does this sound like a good choice? Where can I find more information? Also what are the age restrictions with parental consent? Thanks.
Also NO "be happy with yourself" or anti-plastic surgery posts. Don't post if you won't answer my questions. I'm going to get the implants because I'd like to have a normal looking body again.
I don't have great skin. I have severe stretch marks all over my body and as I lose weight since I got off the steroids, my skin only sags more.
I don't have baby fat. It's just weight from the steroids. Also I won't get addicted. I just want this one thing.
And I was on prednisone which is one the strongest forms of steroids. I gained 100 pounds.
I'm not stupid. I'm not getting one at 15 or 16. But my body isn't going to grow anymore I doubt. I've had the same body since I was 11 or 12. Also if I'm already going to have horrible scarring from getting a lift (I'd need the most extreme kind), I might as well get implants too and make them look better.
Women with implants actually found breastfeeding easier than women who didn't have them. There are no complications to breast feeding with implants. I don't even plan on getting pregnant until I'm like 30 anyway so that's over 10 years I could have nice breasts.
D cups aren't going to be a pain for me as it would with a girl who was 5'2". Besides I can handle it. It's better than the feeling of the sagging breasts I have now. My breasts are constantly sore.
Like I said, I've had C cups since I was in elementary school. They haven't grown bigger or smaller since. I doubt I'll grow anymore
Women with DD cups do not look like a skank! My mom is a DD and she's a very classy woman. I resent that and I'm sure a million other women do too. And why would I wait until I was 30? Why would I go my entire young adult life with bad looking breasts? I'd never be able to wear bikinis or tank tops. Why would I wait until I was 30? By 30, I'm not that young anymore. I'd like to enjoy having youthful looks while I'm young.
Also I've looked into lifts. Lifts aren't worth the scarring. Why would I get a lift and have horrid scarring when I could get implants and a lift, have the same amount or less of scarring with ten times better results?

    • ANSWER:
under the muscle implants wont help the sagging... a lift would... you need to consult a dr. and wait till at least 18 or 19 (when your body is "officially" done growing) but what ever makes you happy is fine... i (personally) see nothing wrong with making yourself feel better (just don't get addicted)

edit:: when i say officially done growing.. i mean your body is not done...just b/c you haven't actually seen the change doesn't mean its not happening.. a dr. will tell you the same thing...(just maybe in a better way...) and as far as pregnancies goes its not the feeding thats the problem...your breasts will swell when you get pregnant...stretching out again and you may have to get another surgery (which i wouldn't worry about most dr.s recommend changing implants every 10yrs anyways so it would be about time)

  18. QUESTION:
Can I have breast augmentation without first removing the lump in my breast?
I had a mammogram to rule out a lump that has been in my breast for about 15 years. They suggested I have it removed, but project a benign outcome. However, I am having my breasts lifted with implants placed. Will this lump pose a problem? There is no time to have it removed before the surgery, and I am doing it with my friend, so I would like to go ahead with my scheduled appointment.
I realize what the risks are; I have talked with my doctor about it, and she feels it is not a lump of concern. What I am asking is can I have it removed after the augmentation? I do plan on speaking to my surgeon, I just thought someone out there might have had a similar experience.

    • ANSWER:
      Good Evening,
You really should go on the advise of your doctor and have it removed before the surgery. What we are really talking about my dear is a your doctor wants you to have a biopsy it does not mean you have breast cancer. Most breast lumps are not cancer. However, having a biopsy (removal and testing of a suspicious area of the breast) is the only way to know for sure. See a doctor about any changes in your breasts. Even if you do need a biopsy, it is encouraging to know that 4 of every 5 biopsy results are not cancer.
But, We are talking about life and death in some cases. After the surgery you can get the breast augmentation done as well as he can fix that area better..

I really feel that you should not proceed with the augmentation tell your friend what is going on and how much it means to you to do this together. If she wants to continue go to be her support and I am sure she will go with you later to be your support.

Please think of the other people around you..Do you want to possibly take a chance with your life. Think of how others would be affected by your decision. Please don't play with your life. This is a very serious matter Hun do not treat it as if it isn't.

  19. QUESTION:
    Can implants fix sagging breasts?
My breast sag just a little....I don't want a breast lift because of the ugly scar....Could breast implants look good without a lift if i need it?

    • ANSWER:
depending on how much they sag.....it wont raise your nipples....but they could help....go to a good surgeon and discuss your options!!

  20. QUESTION:
    How much does this cost?
A breast lift without implants in NYC? Thanks.

    • ANSWER:
FREE! JUST GRAB UR TIT AND RIP IT UPWARDS!!!!! BILLY MAYS!

  21. QUESTION:
If you're already a C cup, what kind of breast implants are the best?
I'm a C cup and I have been since I was probably 11 at least. I developed really early. Also I then put on steroids and gained weight and lost it after my asthma was under control (I went from 270 to 130). So I have a lot of sagging in my breasts. They're still the same size. There is just a lot of extra skin (I easily can pinch 2-3 inches of skin off EACH breasts). They have no shape andeven bras can't help. Push ups don't work because with the extra skin, it just folds in half and looks horrid. So I consulted my doctor and she said the only way to fix it is breast augmentaton/lift. I'm 16 so naturally I'd like to be able to have a decent body. I can't wear bathing suits or anything like that not even one pieces) without the sag showing. And it's a bad sag. Not a little sag. My nipples point downwards and I can't even see them if I look straight down. So if you're already a C cup, what style of implants are better? I figured I'd go to a DD to fill out the area and such. Also a lift alone isn't goo enough because I don't have enough fullness. It'd be useless without the implants. So any help on decisions like that? I plan to get them when I'm 18 and my parents agreed. So any experiences? What gives the best looks? Also my upper chest doesn't have any volume either. My breast bone sticks out and then my breasts begin. From there up, it's flat. Please help. Thanks. Also any info on lifts would be good too. Please don't say I don't need implants, I should accept myself, I'll be fake, ect. Don't post unless you're going to answer my questions.
Cobalt, my breasts don't have volume. I'm 5'8 so I'm tall. DDs won't look on me like they do Pam Anderson. Also breast implant sizes are smaller than natural breast sizes. Either way, a lift alone will not give volume or fullness. It will just lift them up a tad and they will still be pretty shapeless. So why would I go through a tremendous amount of scarring from a lift and get mediocre results when I get breasts implants and get minimal scarring and get the better looking result for cheaper than the lift?
If you don't know anything about implants, don't answer. If you knew anything about them, you would know that breast implants sizes are not as big as natural breast sizes. I would maybe look a D but I would be a DD in size. And they don't weigh as much as natural breast tissue. Neck and back won't be an issue and neither will the size. I have to add volume so I would need to go at least 1-2 sizes up.
CaptainJ, your post is entirely offensive. Men like you are the reason why so many women feel like they need surgery. You're objectifying breasts which in reality are not a vanity feature. I could really care less what men think of my breasts. I just want to look nice for myself and the people I date. I think I deserve youthful beauty like everyone else does.
Clarice, I'm not attacking anyone. I asked for information and all you people posted were that DD implants look bad. I repeatedly said that a lift would not help me and you suggest it. You yourself suggest a C implant when I'm already a C cup!

    • ANSWER:
As a guy, I have to say when I see a girl with DD I get turned of fast. There is such a thing as "too big" and it makes me vomit almost every time I see it. B + C are very nice, what it sounds like is you need more of a shaping than augmentation. I find and link some pictures of what "ideal" breasts are, but I do not feel that'd be appropriate.

  22. QUESTION:
    Nipple Placement in Breast Lift/Augmentation?
I'm thinking about getting a lift or augmentation. I was wondering if a plastic surgeon could move nipples or place and implant in a position to where my nipples will be more in the middle instead of being off to the side without having cut my nipple off? Also what's the best way to get a breast implant inserted (ie above the muscle, behind the muscle, through the armpit, ect) when you go from a C cup to a D or DD cup? Also I read that ultrasonic therapy can help prevent Capsular Contracture. Is that true? What are some health problems that would make you a bad candidate for breast implants? Also is it better to lost weight (if you are overweight) before you have the surgery? If I got implants behind the muscle (and since I'm a C cup), would my breasts feel natural? Is it possible that sleeping on your stomach could rupture implants or will just severe injury cause this? Please post info. Thanks.
Also my nipples mostly point straight down and are probably considered to be on the underside of my breasts. Also my breasts sag because they're very heavy.
Also are smooth implants the best or another kind? I'm getting saline implants.
Also which feels more natural: Smooth implants or textured ones?
Is there a way to lift my breasts without having cut my nipple off and have large scars?
Which is better: round or teardrop?
It's not that I want implants in my body. I'd just actually like to have nice looking breasts. I was put on steriods and I lost a 100 pounds (my breasts sagged horribly before that but now they're worse). If I wanted to have a horrible body, I would never have bothered to lose the weight.
    I don't have cable.

    • ANSWER:
Usually I would field some of you questions - I'm an operating room nurse and have assisted with augmentations for breast cancer patients - but you just have too many questions. Go see a plastic surgeon and bring in a written list of questions.

One recommendation - do not - absolutely DO NOT - just go to the cheapest surgeon! Any person who has gone through a surgical residency can call themselves a plastic surgeon. Make sure that the person you are seeing has done a fellowship in plastic surgery and is in good standing with the national association of plastic surgeons. Ask to see photos of their past work - they should have quite a few for you to look at. You will be spending alot of money to have your surgery - so spend it wisely. Cheaper is definitely not better when it comes to stuff like this. Make appointments with a few doctors and talk to them all about what you want done.

      Good luck!

  23. QUESTION:
    Cosmetic Surgery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!?
I'm considering having a tummy tuck, liposuction and probably a breast lift (but without implants). I had three children in five years and breastfeed them to at least one year each, now i am done having children and want my life back but i cannot seem to be happy and go forward when i look at myself in the mirror.
Please has anybody out there had these procedures done, which hospitals and how much did the cost, any implications afterwards?
Please help! my body is saggy and i want to do something about it and move on with life. Thanks for serious answers. I reside in UK by the way.

    • ANSWER:
Oh I know how you feel!
I looked at some of the procedures you mention and they work out quite expensive. For the three procedures you mention it would probably cost around £10,000. If you have them done with the same clinic you may get a package deal :) When looking at price, make sure to check that the price includes pre-op assessment, procedure itself, and hospitalisation cost. Also need to consider the cost of follow up visits which will definitely be one visit or more if there were to be any problems. Also make sure that there are no olittle extras tucked in there that may come as a nasty surprise.
Implications.... Post op bleeding and infection, scar tissue and adhesions, as well as possible self image issues (even though the change is for the better!). If all goes well then you should be able to get on with your life and be happier about yourself.
There are many many clinics. Perhaps talk to your GP and ask if the have any experience (good or bad) of any clinics, search the net and compare everything!
      Good luck.

  25. QUESTION:
    question about breast implants?
I was wondering something about boob jobs...
My boobs are already a 10 DD so I don't want them any bigger, but i was wondering if there is a way to make them sit up more? By that I mean not sag as much. They don't sag already but still I think they could sit up more a bit. Even if there is something I could do to make them more perky without surgery? Is there any kind of exercise or anything? What results will I be expecting if I did get something done to lift them up a bit without getting actual implants to make them bigger if that's even possible?

  26. QUESTION:
    How painful is breast augmentation?
I was considering getting saline breast implants under the muscle and would love to hear about recovery from anyone who's had this done. They're not cutting the muscle but separating the muscle fibers. Can I be back to work in 5 days without lifting? Thanks!

    • ANSWER:
I had breast augmentation 5 years ago, it feels like a mack truck smashed into you the first day....but all that goes away the next day. It's amazing how fast your body heals after major surgery. If this is something you really want, you'll do it no matter what. The "after" results far outweigh the pain anyday! Choose the right doctor, one who will consult for free, show many before and after pics, and one who takes the time to really talk and LISTEN to you. My consult was 2 hours and no pressuring what-so-ever! Good luck.
PS. By the way, I was out of work 5 days, but shopping at the mall after 3 days!

  27. QUESTION:
has anyone heard of breast that are referred to as empty bags of skin?
i am considering getting breast lift an implants and one surgeon looked at my breast and said they are empty bags of skin what does this mean exactly? he said that this is a result of breastfeeding or chemotherapy that i had in the past. my breast no longer have any firmness and sagg it is like my breast don't have any muscle in them and are like loose skin plus they are sooo small like a size 32 A. i want to repair my breast but want to do it without surgery is this possible?.

    • ANSWER:
i think empty bags of skin refers to the fact they are terribly fatty nor muscle. generally women with large breasts have a great deal of fatty tissue under the skin if you are not very large the skin has stretched and has no filler above the bone. no biggie, i hope you werent offened. cause with inplants you'll have breasts full of water or gel.. good luck

Is there any way that I could get a reduction and lift without implants-I've tried to research but I haven't found any straight answers.

    • ANSWER:
A breast reduction has nothign to do with implants at all! Implants are only for breast enhancement and making the breasts larger.

I had a reduction 2 years ago, and it was the best thing I could have ever done! I wish I had been able to do it sooner. I was a 38 F, and I'm not a 36 D, sometimes a C depending on the bra. Sometimes I wear no bra because the "girls" are quite perky without (thanks to the lift).

      Here's how it worked:

I went it and had measurements done, ect. The surgery, itself, took about 2 hours. The doctor removed tissue (and fat too probably) and then stapled me and sat me up to make sure they looked right and in proportion. Once he had it right, he stitched me up. WE decided no certain size, just whatever looked best and in proportion to my natural body size and shape.

I have very faint scars where the incisions were. They go under the breast and up through the middle and around the nipple. The nipple wasn't completely removed, so I still have all feeling and everything. I believe this is called a t cut or something. I don't remember; it has been awhile!

I went home the very next day and was shopping (with soreness) 2 days later. I returned to work after 4 days, stitches out after 6 days and wearing my Victoria's Secret and exercising again after 1 month. I had no drains and needed very little pain medication, but everyone is different!

Make sure you find a very good surgeon. Mine was a chief of plastic surgery in Dallas; the best of the best!

    Breast Surgery?
I would like to have a breast reduction & lift.
Is this possible without having implants???

    • ANSWER:
      Sure is!

I had a breast reduction with a breast lift Feb 2006 and don't regret it one bit!

  31. QUESTION:
Am I a good candidate for mastopexy (breast lift)?
I have been looking into getting a breast lift. I'm not interested in any kind of implants or reduction. I'm only 18 but my breasts resemble many of the "before" pictures I see on the internet. I have a double D cup and I'm not terribly overweight, but I would like to lose a few inches from my waist before surgery. my breasts to waist measurements are 39 to 30. I would be willing to pay about ,000 for the surgery- which I hear is reasonable.
I'm too young to have my breasts sag like this- thats just insane! Is there any reason I shouldn't have it done or anyway to fix this problem without surgery?

    • ANSWER:
Jen you have an interesting dilemma. A consultation with plastics surgeon would cost you about .00 and the assessment would be specific to your body. I had the lift in my thirties covered by insurance because the weight caused back problems. Before I could go in however I had to loose excess wait. the surgery was much more effective and still looks good.

  32. QUESTION:
Medical Question for Doctors about Breast Augmentation?
So I'm 18 and I have a full C cup. I've worn a bra every day of my life since the 5th grade. But, they just don't look good. They're not as perky as they should be. So, my question is, can I get a surgery to get them lifted without actually getting implants? Or is it only an option with getting implants? Also, how much would both (if possible) cost? Thank you, and this is a real medical question please no criticism.

    • ANSWER:
You could get a breast lift this is not a usual surgery for someone your age but it may be able to give you the results your looking for without implants. Cost is variable but would probably be between 00-00 and you would not want to go to a surgeon who hasn't performed this particular surgery many times before. What I would try first is doing workouts that involve building pectoral muscles, this could work to make the breasts seem more perky and shapely. Plastic surgery is a big decision so I implore you to try the alternative method first but by no means be discouraged from getting a breast lift just recognize how big a decision it is.
      Cheers.

  33. QUESTION:
Breast surgery, what do you think about it?
    1. I am 18 years old, since the time I started to develop around age 12 I realized I was much saggier than all my friends. As I got older it got worse and worse, now it is terrible I am a 34 C and my boobs look like those of a mother who had breast fed her children. Its embarrassing to wear low-cut shirts with out wearing a push-up bra and bathing suits with out having the ties so tight it hurts my neck! I am not overweight and I have tried working out (years of it) to get my chest area tighter but nothing has seemed to work.

I am fine with my size, but the saggyieness makes me feel terrible. I have been considering a lift or implants, depending on how much lift i could get without implants. I wouldnt care if they took me to a full B if I could get a nice lift.

Guys: would you rather have a girl who sags or a girl with implants/whos had surgery?
Girls: what would you do if you were in this situation?

    • ANSWER:
I have implants and I love them. The decision should be based on whether or not you're happy with what you have, if not then change it. But let me tell you, lifts are about double what implants are, so think about that first. Also go with silicone gel, not saline. Trust me, I made that mistake and ended up getting a second surgery because I wasn't happy with the saline. I now have silicone gel and they feel real. I spent about 00 between the 2 surgeries.

  34. QUESTION:
Questions about breast surgery (lift, shaping, etc)?
I'm 23. I have 36DD breast which developed quite quickly when I was younger. Unfortunately, they are not as perky as I would like. Eventually, I plan on having them lifted and possibly something else.
I was curious about breast augmentation. I've read that they can be shaped without making them bigger. How would this be done? Does it involve implants, or can they somehow just do it with my natural breast?
Also, I have very large areolas... like bigger than the bottom of a pop can. Is there anything I can do for those with cosmetic surgery?

    • ANSWER:
unfortunately gravity takes hold so DDs wont ever be naturally perky!

They lift them and remove some of the fat from them to make them look perkier.

  35. QUESTION:
    Breast implant question?
I am 26 abd got breast implants when I was 22. I have never really worked out with weights before and I was wondering if it is safe to lift weights do pull ups push ups ya know upper body workouts without hurting my implants? Any one know?

    • ANSWER:
Yes it is safe.. I had a breast augmentation (sub-pectoral - under the chest muscle) in March of 04'. I have trained and competed in both figure and fitness competitions which require immense physical conditioning. It feels slightly strange when you do chest exercises and the implant gets pressed flat but that's about it - no pain.

Obviously at some point the implant will leak or rupture as they are not lifetime devices, but there have been no conclusive study as to whether or not it will occur sooner when pressure is applied through weight training. Heavy blows to the chest are another story so if you repeated 'drop' heavy weights on your chest then you would risk a rupture.

      Lift heavy - train hard!

  36. QUESTION:
Uneven breasts. What do I do?
I have had my first baby and after I weaned him my breasts have become rather saggy and one is larger then the other. (One was bigger then the other before I was ever pregnent, but now it's just more noticeable.)Breast implants and a breast lift is not covered by insurance unless you are a breast cancer patiant. I know I can use bras for the lift part, but what do i do to make my breasts appear more even? I don't want to hear "stuff your bra with kleenex." I'm looking for something that will look and feel like the real thing without surgery.

    • ANSWER:
They have jelly inserts at Victoria's secrets. Other than surgery nothing will "help" them look better out of a bra.

  37. QUESTION:
Getting work done on your breasts?
Is it possible to have work done on your breasts to lift it up and lighten the areola?Without having implants?

    • ANSWER:
Yup, its called a breast lift. Or mastopexy.

  38. QUESTION:
Can anyone help answers about plastic surgery?
I am looking for information on having an abdominoplasty, and breast lift. I have researched info and am undecided about wether to get implants. All the pics I've seen look funny without them, and I have seen two ways they cut you for the tummy tuck, hip to hip and all the way around. Do you think I would be able to fo back to work in two weeks? I work as a receptionist in a doctors office, so I sit down. I also wonder how much of a different that I will look, and what the cost will be in Alabama. I have my first consultation next Friday and would like to have as much info as I can when I go into the office. If I schedule around the first of May i wonder if I will be well enough to go on vacation at the end of the month. If I have the surgery and lose weight will it look ok or will I have to go back and have more lipo. I would really like to talk with someone that has had this done and would'nt mind sharing pictures. Thanks for anyone that can help.

    • ANSWER:
I suggest you go see your doctor, it’s the best thing you can do for your health.

  39. QUESTION:
Would a lift or an augmentation with a lift be best?
I'm interested in breast surgery because my boobs are sagging and uncomfortable. I went for a consultation where I discussed a lift. After thinking about it and seeing various pictures online, I'm not sure a lift alone will give me the cleavage/volume up top that I am looking for. I like the way augmentations look but I'm about a 34C (possibly D) right now and don't want to go significantly bigger. Does anyone know if there is a really small implant I could get along with the lift? I want the look of an implant without going bigger. I also feel my boobs are pretty heavy so I'm not sure how long a lift alone would last.
Other than that, any recommendations for PS's in the MN area?
Oh, and if your just going to tell me to ask a surgeon or to check out a certain surgeon in India, don't bother replying!

    • ANSWER:
if you get breast implants or aesthetic surgery of any kind and anytime later in life you get breast cancer (1 in 9 chance) health insurance wont cover it. it costs more than 100,000 to treat breast cancer typically. you do the math

  40. QUESTION:
    Would you considered this "selfish"?
I use to be 345 lbs. Over 18 months ago, I reached my weight goal of 180 and I became a personal/fitness trainer. But I have a few areas on my body that didn't bounce back, mainly my abdomen and breasts. I was going to have a tummy tuck and breast lift/reduction (no implants) in May of this year, but I found out I was 13 weeks pregnant ( I have PCOS.. gotta love not knowing when you ovulate... LOL). I plan to breast feed for at least a year, so having my surgeries will have to be put off until then.

I talked to my brother and my sister in law, and they have graciously offered to take all 4 of our kids for six weeks in the summer, so that I can have my surgery and recover without having to worry. I am so very grateful to my brother and his wonderful wife for their help. I have planned to hire a nurse to help take care of me, as well as someone to come in and clean the house once a week, while I'm recouperating. I will be preparing 6 weeks worth of meals for myself and the nurse so we don't starve (LOL).

Here is where I was called "selfish". My so called "friend" told me I was "selfish" to want to have the surgery in the first place. That I am "selfish" to send the kids to my brothers house, so that I can have peace and quiet while I recouperate. And to top it all off that I was a "horrible mother" for putting myself first (which I never do) above my children.

1: My sister in law is a nurse, and takes care of the elderly. I think she can take care of my four without any problems.
2: My brother is a chef in a restaurant, they are NOT going to starve!
3: I will be giving my brother money to hire another childcare provider, while he and my sister in law are working. My brother is home from work by 2:00 pm every day. He works from 5 a.m to 1:30 pm...monday to friday.
4: I will be hiring a maid service to help keep their house clean.
5: I will be driving my 12 passenger van up there for them to use, because they only have cars that accomodate 4 people. And I will be flying back alone to have my sugery 2 days later.
6: My brother and my sister in law are good people, and I know my little ones will be taken care of. They will have their cousins to play with.
7: My husband will be on deployment, so I won't have anyone here to help me with our children.

I am just in shock that I am called "selfish" for wanting to do this. I think it's healthy to put yourself first sometimes. So do any of you think my so called friend is right or am I wrong for wanting to do this?
I did forget to mention a couple of things.

I will be giving my brother extra money for specialty food items for my older two children, because they have allergens to certain foods. As well as extra money for food for the twins.

And YES I have a wonderful family. I am so very very blessed to have a family like mine.

And YES, My "friend" is jealous of my weight loss. I've worked really hard to get healthy. I've saved for a long time to have this surgery done, and I will continue to save until I have the surgery. My insurance covers a portion of the cost, because I was obese.

    • ANSWER:
Your friend is jealous. She liked you better when you are fat. You've changed to her and she doesn't like it. Now you are going to improve yourself even more and she can't stand it. Her attitude or thoughts should have no affect on you. Blow her off. Your life and what you do with your kids is none of her business. Do what you want to feel better about yourself. 6 weeks will be over before you know it. You do not have to justify your actions to anyone. Do no respond to her or explain yourself. Just say "if that is the way you feel then it is. I'm not going to debate you about my life."

  41. QUESTION:
What is a "normal" bra size for a small woman would be? WOMEN ONLY PLEASE unless u are a plastic surgeon
I am 5'1 without shoes with shoes I am 5'1.5'' and I am on the small size weight wise as well between 107-110 pounds and was wondering what a normal bra/breast size would be because I am looking into getting a breast lift done and need to know if I should get a reduction or implants or just the lift. I currently wear a 36c kinda on the big size as I cant seem to fully fit into a 36c and a d is too big. thanks everyone
I have children so I know that played the role in my size, but I wish I had stayed the size I was BK (before kids) because I honestly hate the whole staring deal. How do I get idiots to stop staring?

    • ANSWER:
I'd say 36C is on the large size for someone your weight. Most plastic surgeons will do a free consult, it wouldn't hurt to see one.

Also try Victoria's Secret, their bras seem to fit well I am between a C/D too and their bras do best for me.

  42. QUESTION:
    Parents are getting divorced?
I'm 20 years old and my parents are going through a divorce. I'm having a lot of trouble dealing with it. All of my life, I have disliked my mom - she used to have severe drinking problems (I would babysit her while she was drunk when I was still in elementary school). She really hurt our family with her alcoholism, and she refused to get help/admit she had a problem. Eventually things caught up to her and she decided to get help and stayed clean for about 4 years. Recently she started back up again. All of my life, she has ignored my brother and I for alcohol and her friends who drink with her. She never enjoyed spending time with us or my dad - and for the past few years has cancelled any plans we made to spend time together. We have not been able to go on vacation for the past 5 or 6 years because she has gotten multiple plastic surgeries done with my dad's money. She also recently went back to school to become a teacher (which I thought was a little weird because she has her degree in nursing).

This past year my mom told me she cannot stand my dad and that she wants a divorce. She told me that she has started talking to other people as well.

I personally feel that she used my dad's money for her new breast implants/face lifts and to go back to school so she could support herself because she KNEW she was going to divorce him.

My dad has done so much for my mom and truly loves her. But she is an extremely selfish person and does not care that she has caused so many problems for the family. Every time I ask her to do something with me she never wants to. And if she does, she complains about it beforehand. Sometimes I will ask her to go out to eat, and she will say she is too tired/doesn't feel well. But an hour later she will go out with her friends.

It's so hard to deal with this. I've tried talking to her so many times but things never change. I overheard her on the phone saying she wanted more alimony money and I just snapped. I told her I was completely done with her and that I feel my life would be better off without her.

I want my mom out of my life. Am I being too harsh? I don't know what to do anymore... I am at a loss...

    • ANSWER:
You are angry and hurt right now. At 20, you are, or should be on your own. Let them lead their lives, and you lead yours. In time, you can forgive and have a relationship with both of them hopefully!

  43. QUESTION:
Alternative to a "butt lift" - what exercises are effective?
I've had gastric bypass surgery and have lost 100 pounds. I am having surgery in 2 weeks to lift/augment my breasts and for a tummy tuck. However, surgeon doesn't recommend a "butt lift" for me. Says an implant would be like sitting on a rock, and that I could have lipo from another area and have it injected, but........... I really don't want to spend the extra $$ on that procedure. I have a very FLAT butt......... and ideas on simple exercises I can do at home or at the gym to kind of "plump out" my butt without making it look FAT?? Need to make it more round/uplifted.

    • ANSWER:
The squat is probably the best excercise to target the glutes. There are also alot of variations to this excercise that you can do at home. One is called the pistol or the one legged squat http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/legpower.htm
You may also want to try doing the tabata squat routine. It squatting with no weights as fast as you can for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds, repeated 8 times. It sounds easy on paper but its HARD. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eDh1Cspl0jI I think the women in this vid have the type of butt you are talking about. Good luck.

  44. QUESTION:
I want to keep this from my parents do you think its possible, My husband will be the only...?
That im getting a breast land breast implants.I respect my parents alot and we are close but i know they would disapprove. They know i intend on getting a tummy tuck i have had 3 kids and am losing alot of weight. I want this for me and have thought about it alot, but i want it to be only between my husband and I.My breast are not small but i would like them larger especially after i get the lift.Im not planing by going huge just a cup size or 2 bigger. DO you think i would be able to pull it off without them knowing. Would wearing padded bras before hand help?
It has nothing to do with other men.It is about me being able to take off my clothes look in the mirror and be happy with what i see an not have to feel bad about myself.I have looked it to it well.

    • ANSWER:
if your old enough to have a husband then your old enough to do things without mummy & daddys permission...its your body

  45. QUESTION:
WOMEN AND MEN PLZ HELP?.... SAGGY BOOBS?...SURGERY? (PICS INCLUDED)?
Okay so im 16 yrs old and i have saggy irregular shaped breasts. i didn't start wearing a bra when my breast began to grow but i know genetics plays a role because my mom has really saggy breast like almost near her belly button. i feel disgusting without a bra and its gotten so bad that i even have to literally lift my breasts and squeeze them together even when i'm wearing a towel. also its not like i'm a triple D cup size, where sagging is somewhat expected, i'm a b cup. my boobs are also far apart, so its like a triple whammy- having saggy, far apart and odd shaped breasts.

i've been thinking about surgery when im 18 or 19 and even though i've always been opposed to plastic surgery if it wasn't absolutely necessary, but i hate my breast and really don't think a man will love me with them. i never thought my breast were ever too bad until i was with my cousin one day. i was in the room, trying to be cute and i showed her my boobs and her reaction was like their really saggy and she was like seriously that's really nasty. this is like my bff and she wasn't kidding and i felt horrible, like if my cousin's gonna say that about me, whats my potential partner gonna say. *i felt sooo disgusting and ugly*

so if i do plan on getting surgery, its gonna be a standard breast lift because i don't really want a bigger size and to me an implant is fake. also if anyone knows what a good price range is, not too cheap cause i don't want a bad job done, like is 3000- 5000 good?
also will there be alot of scaring and for any men would you my breasts attractive if you saw them?

    Pics Here http://www.flickr.com/photos/45245011@N06/?saved=1

    • ANSWER:
if your 16 and those really are your boobs, im sorry and you shouldnt have posted them online, however those can be fixed. it would cost your around 00-000 to get a good job where they are lifted and reshaped, your probably would need an implant because when they are lifted, they are going to look really small with out much volume and shape. a small implant will be recomended for the reshaping of your breasts, so they can look symmetrical.

  46. QUESTION:
    besides push-ups.....?
Are there any other good excersises for lifting and tightining the breast? I am going to a topless beach soon and would like to look my best without getting implants.

    • ANSWER:
two of my favorite exercises for this are:

lay on your back with your knees bent, but your feet flat on the ground. use 3-5 lb weights. extend your arms, slightly bending your elbows, and lift them until they come together over your face. a GAIAM workout dvd calls these "chest flys" and i love them!

the other exercise is similiar. standing up, while doing some leg workout (like if you have a step bench, while stepping up and down), using the same weights, bend your elbows (so your arm makes a right angle. then, squeeze your arms together in front of you! go in rhythm with your leg exercise.

ive been working out for my wedding dress and its worked pretty well!

When men are judged and rated entirely on their physical appearance

When butt implants and lifts and reductions are as common as cosmetic breast plastic surgeries

    When women dominate conversations
    "

    • ANSWER:
No. Even if we eradicated these problems (assuming these listed are only "woman problems") feminists would invent other stories in order to justify men facing problems. Every generation of boys faces new problems because of feminists like VAWA being abused, DV from females to males on the rapid rise yet men are blocked from help (how many shelters for men), affirmative action for women, gender quotas for women, lower semntences for female criminals, women who falsely accuse men aof rape/DV/child abuse have thier identity shielded under the rape shield etc...

The problems for men exist because of feminism not because of the way it always was, men are facing these which we never did face. Look at the problems above I listed, do you think this went on in 1810 or 1910 so why the fvck in 2010 does it?

Feminists are not interested in men or boys problems when the hell are people going to learn this? It's about only women and girls and if it harms males who cares? that's what feminism is about, it is always ""men this, men that" everything you listed is blaming males only and males face similar problems too.

The things you listed above are bogitted because women do they same about 50% of the time.

    • ANSWER:
Sounds like a bitter confused person.

      Examples:
People should be able to wear nothing without comment or controversy!?!

Sportswomen don't make megabucks? Apparently she's never heard of Maria Sharapova or the Williams sisters.

I could counter most of those statements, but it's probably not worth my time. I think their ridiculous nature should be fairly obvious to any sensible person.

Seriously, it sounds like someone is detached from reality.

  50. QUESTION:
    Stop staring at your breasts?
I was just watching a Victoria Secret commercial for this ultra bra that has super lift etc, to accentuate a woman's breasts. I cant help but wonder why so many women that wear these things, along with low cut tops, and then say to a man "hey, i'm up here". I contend that most women want people to notice their breasts. If (and "staring" is not the best choice of words) admiring your efforts is a problem for you, why go to the trouble? I don't buy the contention by women that it's a confidence thing for them. Like when women get implants. Some women contend that it makes them feel better about themselves and they are more confident. Well if you ask me that seems silly. Women do it so people will notice. Here's the problem. When you put bait into a mouse trap the idea is to get the mouse to go for the bait and completely ignore the trap. Well, putting your breasts on display has the same effect, We notice your "cheese" and not what's carrying it around. If you want men to look at your face and not your breasts why not do something that directs the attention upwards? You can just as easily wear an outfit that emphasizes the whole package without focusing on the breasts.

    • ANSWER:
I agree. those women are what we call hypocrites.

either that or they're the ones who have a distorted conception of showing off their breasts. they want to make them visible yet the dont want anybody to look at them.

anyway if I were ever to hear that I'd say "then cover up or shut up"
