      You do not need to resort to surgery. For one it's not worth it anyway. For two, there are some natural options. I was just like you as far a size. I wished I was bigger, I was self conscious, but in the end it doesn't really matter, I liked me for me. I found a husband who loves me and doesn't care what size they are.

      I don't think that there is anything to the nipple stimulation...at least not from milk production. You don't produce milk unless you are pregnant or needing it for breast feeding. Though after getting married and my breasts getting handled more, I personally did see a slow increase in size even before trying anything else.

      go on line and look for board certified plastic surgeons in your area. it,s expensive. it,s painful. recovery time will be longer than you think. it will be extremely difficult to manage kids after surgery. you have limited mobility. pick a really good surgeon. they usually have before/after pics to view. do your homework before deciding on this surgery. nobody sees your floppy boobs except you and your hubby. does he care?

      1. You could take hormones, such as birth control. Sometimes these cause the breasts to grow slightly, but not much. They can also cause other side effects as well, such as more hair growth and more painful periods.

      2. You could gain weight.

      This is just my opinion, but I think you would be a lot better being happy with what you have rather than hoping to change. Besides, in a lot of ways small breasts are way better than larger ones. They generally have a nicer shape, they don't get in your way of exercising and other tasks, and when you get older they won't sag like women with big breasts. You can also wear lower-cut tops without worrying about "popping out". Plus, there are a lot of guys out there that actually prefer smaller breasts (I know at least one of them!)

      You'd be better off just to find a guy that likes a gal

      Yes, they do help some women grow, in fact some enough to grow in a few weeks, while others might take months to achieve adequate results. Often, it is difficult, because of finding right dosage or ingredients to have such results transpire. I would say those three are a good starting point, maybe later you can add or substitute hops or pueraria mirifica if no results are observed.I'd be cautious with bovine ovary, though.

      If you have a reaction to fenugreek, you can substitute it for blessed thistle, milk thistle, or fennel seeds (all are in capsule form).

      Also, I would try to get some of those you said in liquid form or in a lotion mixture that are usually sold in vitamin stores or natural food shops. Like, wild yam extract cream, fenugreek lotion, hops extract, or etc. Also, you know you could make your own compound, as well.

      You can try the noggleberry pump as well, or any other type of breast pump.

      Guys, there's no need to come onto this question and rip the shit out of this woman. She's asking a serious question. She's not asking you to judge her. If her daughter really wants a breast enlargement there's not really anything she can do about it. None of you even considered how old her daughter is- old enough to make her own decision maybe? For those with extremely low self esteem a breast enlargement, even if only slight, can greatly improve someone's quality of life by providing them with confidence they never had before. And at least she's looking into non-surgical options her daughter could have instead!

      I'm not sure what the website is, but if she goes to have a consultation with a surgeon about getting a breast enlargement you could go with her and ask if they do that, or get her to ask when she goes. I've never heard of this being done before, but it could be good idea. Just make sure if you do come across the website again you look into the risks that can go along with it, because you obviously want your daughter to be 100% safe and this procedure sounds a bit dodgy, for lack of a better word.       That is an impossible question to answer. Decent credit will get you new boobs. But I think that the 90210 guy is going to be way more than you need to pay. I had my boobs done 6 years ago (best thing I ever did..you go girl!). My doctor did an awesome job. I'm a stripper and I get mad compliments on them...and a lot of money. I had nothing!!!!       Only one person above even tried to give you a decent answer. That is you would need to take hormones, if you took female hormones your body would react by becoming more rounded, softer and less male. It would ultimately make your genitals smaller too, but they would not disappear. Other than hormones, which still requires a doctor to prescribe them and to follow you along, there's not much else you can do except live the life of a transvestite.

      By the way, most doctors would not prescribe the hormones you need unless they are convinced that you need a new gender assignment--ie you are a woman trapped in a man's body. They will not come to that conclusion until you are evaluated by a psychiatrist who specializes in re-assignments. Only then will that psychiatrist start you on hormones.

      If you go to that extent, then you might as well go all the way and have the surgery. The whole process takes a couple of years. Perhaps that's why not so many reassignments take place and also why there are many transvestites--some of whom are really bad at it, and some who are marvelous.

    Breastfed my baby for 15mths but due to huge enlargement while pregnant my bobs went from a great high C cup to a saggy flat really sickening touching my belly button E cup.

    Seriously, it puts me in tears every I look for a top at the shopping centre. Can't go swimming with my daughter because I cannot even fit a bra let alone a swimsuit. I'm reduced to wearing crop tops all the time as its the only thing that will keep the excess skin in place.

    I know I am basically looking at cosmetic surgery but is there anything anywhere that might help me out?
    I am trying to save for a house & surgery is expensive in Australia, but I do not want to be in these stupid crop tops for the rest of my life. It's too depressing.

      As already stated, buy a supportive bra. Many plus sized stores have good ones even if you are not plus sized.

      Unfortunately there are no exercises that can significantly firm up your breasts.

      Herbal pills are pointless, they won't do anything so don't waste your money. Also, depending on what's in them, yes the CAN affect birth control effectiveness. Some times birth control can cause your breasts to enlarge but it varies from person to person and from brand to brand.

      No herbs, pills or creams will make your breasts bigger. There are only three ways to increase breast size, weight gain, surgery, and pregnancy. The latter two seem a little OTT for vanity.

      If you are still quite young, the good news is that some women continue breast growth into their early twenties. If not, you could just settle for being flat and happy like me. It's really not that bad!
