      Estrogens are well known to increase breast cancer risk in some women, however, for example, OCP (oral contraceptive pills) have estrogens and may increase the risk only slightly (they also have lower doses than they used to have). OCPs are also known to decrease the risk of ovarian cancer (1) and endometrial cancer, after 5 years of use.

      Phytoestrogens in the other hand, have been measured in urine of women in women with lower prevalence of breast cancer, like Japanese women and had been found in higher levels. In animal studies, phytoestrogens were found to interfere with tumor formation in rats (2).

      But it all depends what kind of phytoestrogens are you taking, and also the dosing (doses a lot higher than in food)!!! In general you should be cautious and limit your consumption, because some phytoestrogens can have a estrogen like effect, and those could potentially cause cancer.

      So.... some researches believe phytoestrogens can actually reduce the risk of cancer, certain types, and when they come from the diet. And some researches are worried that some phytoestrogens could be harmful in high doses. Pretty unclear! I know, just be careful and remember that all those 100% natural suplements can be harmful too.

      My personal opinion??
      I find very unlikely that a "natural" product would work as fast, and if it does, I would personally think it might be dangerous. I visited their website, and it seems very unprofessional. Remember a lot of herbs have not been studied, and while they might work, the dosing in natural products is not controlled, as in other drugs or medications.

      I've watched a myriad of informative programmes about these products and every single expert in the medical field has said categorically that you may as well slap on a tub of Vaeline for all the good these so-called wonder creams do.

      The excercise I saw my older sisters do when I was a kid was to place your hands one on each arm with your arms folded in front of you. Have your fingers facing towards the elbows. Slide the hands towards the elbows, then pull slightly back to starting position.
      I don't know how many times as I don't recall but feel it pull some in the breast tissue area just under the armpit section?
      This is doing that right if you do feel a tug there when pushing.( They used to do a dumb little song to that as well. I can't repeat it here even though I recall it as it's embarrassing).

      The other way is since breast tissue is fat just, gaining weight adds there naturally. Don't over do it as that can only make them seem small if the rest of the body gets larger and sticks out farther.

      I would look at the flip side, the more one has on top the more they can and will likely sag when they are older also and have back pain.
