  I looked online and I couldnt even find a picture of an augmentation that small. Usually people go from an A cup to a C or D. It is enough money to get them done, why would you pay for them if you are only going up one cup size? It is not that big of a difference, your wife may be upset that she went through a surgury and did not get noticable results. I would suggest her not get anything done because she does not want enough of a change, not to mention that if she has A's naturally, then getting a C or D usually would look fake and not good on that small of a frame. It is certainly not for men. I can't stress that enough.
I believe the human form is like a canvas. My masterpiece is myself. If I can make myself into my idea of perfection, why not? It's not an insecurity thing, but I really do view it as I'm using myself as my own canvas.

  You won't get lectures from me, don't worry! I believe that you have no self esteem issues, I feel much the same way you do. There's nothing wrong with wanting to look better.
  
  For any procedure it's important to have a surgeon that you 100% trust implicitly. Your surgeon should have pictures of before and afters for larger cup sizes, if he/she has done D's and up. The doctor should have a picture of almost everyone who had the procedure in his/her office. It's easier to find A and Be before and afters because those two sizes are more commonly done than the larger sizes. I had my AA's turned into C's and I found the first two weeks were the worst, with the first five days being the most sore and tender. I wore a sports bra for about six weeks after but no longer than that. I didn't want to look plastic and fake so I spent a bit extra and got the nice soft bouncy ones. My hubby and I are both very happy with the sweater puppies and I don't regret it for a second. It's made a huge difference in how I look and in my self confidence levels. One caveat: you lose all nipple sensitivity, so if sensitive nipples are important to you, you might want to re-consider implants.
  
  For the lips, be sure that they are done under medical supervision in a medical facility. Don't get them done at a spa or at a beauty salon or at an injection home party, that's where problems arise. Some doctors use freeze spray on the skin's surface, some use deeper freezing. Talk to the doctor first and voice your concerns. The upper lip is usually where a little help is needed, especially as we get a bit older. I've had several procedures including Thermage, I had a boob job, and last week I had the upper lip enhanced slightly. I try not to go overboard and aim for enhancement, not wholesale alteration. These procedures are out there, they are safe if done by a good doctor and they work far better than cremes or lotions. I felt good about myself before I had them done and feel even better about myself now.

Breast enlargement with fat transfer?
If you get breast enlargement by translplanting your own fat into the breasts instead of silicon or saline implants, will the fat only make your breasts larger or will they make them stand up like the saline implants would? My breasts are C cup but they sag horribly because I developed them quickly (I've had them since elementary school and now I'm 15). I was thinking about saline implants but if the fat transfer could give the same results, I'd rather do that. Please post info. Also before and after pictures if possible. Thanks.

  I don't think you would be a candidate for plastic surgery until you are an adult. And no fat transfers are not done for sagging breasts. There is a way to move up your breasts by making a keyhole incision and lifting up your breasts. But like I said you will probably have to wait till you are more mature before you are a candidate. Also you will want to start saving up money as it is an expensive procedure and insurance will not cover the procedure...

Hi I'm eighteen and I'm already thinking about breast implants, however not wanting to under-go that whole process i am looking for an alternative. My friend recommended "Firm N Gro" She said it worked for one of her friend's friend, and I've seen the before and after pictures and it looks convincing.. however there is that slight chance she might be stuffing her bra just to make it look even bigger. So then i looked online and saw perfect curves, which is basically the same thing as firm n gro but cheaper.

If you take a before picture and take the product for a few months and then take an after picture and post it on their site, they'll send you 3 months of it free, and if it doesn't work you can send the bottles back and get your money back. It looks legit because the pictures are very realistic and there's usually only 1-2 inches of growth over the course of a few months. Is it worth a shot? Has anyone tried this?

A few people asked me to add a link to my pictures.This breast development is through hormone therapy.I'm transgendered and my good friend is trying to convince me i don't need a breast augmentation.She has posted current pics of me on breast news magazine etc.She wanted feed back on what they look like now and how they look big enough,she thinks a breast enlargement will make them look unnatural.

  just in a general way, I think a person should be happy with their body, so if you want them bigger, then that's what you want. and since it harms no one, I can't see any real good reason why you shouldn't. At the very worst case, you can get a breast reduction if they turn out to be too big later. Even bio-women have to get those sometimes if they grow too big.
  
  Just one thought though before you do get them enlarged. It's easy to get focused on a goal, and it's hard to evaluate yourself objectively. It's so easy when you want them to be big in the first place, to just keep wanting them bigger. And looking down your chest is such an awkward angle to see very accurately. So here's what I suggest to be really sure it's what you really want. 1, take pictures of yourself from the side angle, from the front, and not just looking down at them. Use a mirror is you have to (but watch the flash!). Do some clothed in a couple different styles, and do some naked. That'll give you better angles to look at their actual size now. Also try padding or adding cookies (bra stuffers) to approximate the size you're thinking of getting them enlarged to. Then take photos of that from the side and from the front (clothed in the same styles and unclothed). Then you can compare them and see which feels and looks more like you, and what you exactly want. Even try it stuffed for a day, and see how it feels to you just in every day. Good luck!

I understand how women can gain confidence by getting implants. I understand they feel sexy too. I also know a lot of women out there who choose to put up pictures of themselves in bras and even bare skinned on myspace or whatever. Then on their pages post stuff like I have big boobies and am proud to show em. This really gives women with implants a bad image. I might also add that I think it makes them look stupid. I mean anyone can have what they have if they pay thousands for them. It is just a bag of solution under the skin. I am not jealous at all. I have a very nice size C naturally myself. I don't go around pushing my boobs in to others' faces though. You never see a man who had had a penis enlargement or extension walking around showing people. That is because it would degrade them. Why is it not degrading or an embarrassment to get breast implants? I mean u had to get fake boobs because you were inadequate. I just think that if women are going to get fake boobs then cover them up like a normal person. Nobody cares about the boobs and by the way MEN LIKE REAL ONES BETTER TRUST ME!!!

Breast Augmentation: What Should I Expect?
I am 24 years old and have been considering getting breast implants for years now, but I have never had surgery before so I am terrified. I'm also concerned about breast feeding (no children yet) scars, and nipple enlargement. Padded bras? I'm 24 years old, not 13 trying to look like I'm in high school. I have breasts, I just wanted BIGGER and more full ones. I want them to look nice in a swimsuit. I'm in the middle of losing a lot of weight, and by the end of it I was planning to have a nose job and a breast enlargement/uplift.

I've been looking around for companies that do this but am not sure where to go for a really good quality service. Obviously you want the result to be 'perfect' so it's really important.

The only one that really stands out is MYA, only due to the advertising i've seen with them, but I've looked at the pictures and they are okay but don't look all THAT brilliant - E.g. the symmetry of the end result breasts aren't identical.

My mum's been to the local hospital to have hers done, so I'm wondering if this is a good idea too. Although, she's had complications.

Does anybody have any good reccomendations/personal experiences?
