     I have not tried it, but my sister wore them for my step brothers wedding this year. She wore a nice silky white ish dress with lotsa cleavage, and it looked really good wit hthe dream shapers! It actually made her look lots bigger.. i suggest you get it f you want to grow a cup size, cause, it really works . hope this was enough info for you.

   She is only a 34b so my question being a bloke and not knowing is..

     Firstly I hope your wife does not see that you have put "only 34b" - I do not think she would be happy.

     Breast Enhancers are what you put into the bra you already have to increase by a cup size. You can either buy her a 34b bra which already have them or purchase them to insert into bras that she already has.

     Anyway what is wrong with 34b ?

   I read somewhere about breast enhancers. The one I found is called Marmonite. The thing is that it says that your breasts will grow to their genetically given size and then they will stop.      I am afraid other than normal development only weight gain, pregnancy or surgery actually increases breast size.

     considering you have small breasts you would need a padded bra to give you the boost you need (or get a bigger sized bra and get some gel inserts). Push-up bras are only good when you have something to push i.e. C-cup+.
     Victoria secret is a good place to look.

    I was looking into hormone breast enhancers or herbal enhancers, does anyone know of one that works?

      Just Naturally herbal breast pills are the best! I took an 8 month supply and I wear a 34D now. My bra size used to be 36B. My breasts are round and firm and I spent less than 0.00! Actually after 6 months, they were a D cup, but I kept taking them just to see what would happen. But, of course, we all have a natural limit.     Hi everybody.. the Secret Enhancers from La Senza costs 25 pounds and it's like this silicone enhancer where u put in your bra for maximum cleavage. How effective is it?
    Does it actually make breasts look bigger and enhance the cleavage? And should I wear it with a bigger size bra or on my regular bra?

      I found them to be ok to wear under strapless or backless tops. But I wouldn't wear them every day as they lose the stickiness.

    I see alot of advertising for breast enhancers but how do I know which ones will work and which ones wont? Which ones are safe to use or approved medication and which ones arent?       The ONLY way to enlarge your breasts are gaining TONS of weight or getting a breast augmentation.

    I read once that 1 in 3 women that get breast implants commit suicide. Is there a mutual feeling like that with things like breast enhancement pills? Did anyone try it and love it ?

      It is hard to tell what causes what - but it is not healthy for any woman to worry too much over looks.

      A woman should relax and accept her breasts like they are - and then they should be liked and admired by the guy, and she should take that in and let it mean something to her.

      Then it is all very beautiful - even if you have the "microscopicallest" breasts in all the fair land ;o)

      If you try to do "breast enhancement" you will at least keep confirming to yourself that what you have is wrong, and you will be disappointed when it doesn't really make any difference - so it would take you someone further away from the goal of being happy about them - or at least relaxed, for a start.

      But it is good that you don't feel tempted by silicone - I am sure that triggers a lot more emotional turmoil than those ladies are prepared to admit, because outwardly, they would like it to appear a smart move that they made. But I think there is a lot of crying behind the door.

      It shouldn't be like that with something as sweet and good as a woman's breasts ;o)

    Why are mastectomy breast prosthetic breast forms more expensive than mainstream silicone breast enhancers?
    On closer inspection, they are basically made of silicone. Why the big difference in price?
    So they jack up the price for mastectomy prosthetics because most breast forms are paid for by insurance?

    • ANSWER:
      I've no experience of mainstream silicone breast enhancers - frankly, if I hadn't had a mastectomy silicone would never have come anywhere near my breasts.

      But from a quick google, they look pretty basic - smaller pieces of shaped silicone designed to fit into the cups of a bra to make breasts look bigger.

      Breast prostheses have to look like, feel like, and move like natural breasts; they have to match the remaining breast; as a necessity rather than a 'luxury' they have to stand up to daily wear over a prolonged period, rather than occasional wear.

      So I guess they use more silicone, and more of other, tougher materials. They require more skill and time to manufacture. They have to be fitted to the individual.

      Given all that, I think the difference in price isn't unreasonable.

      I get mine free on the NHS though.

      Almost any boutique that sells women's undergarments will sell them, and they do make waterproof ones.....

    Will a shelf bra camisole / tank hold breast enhancers Cross-dressing?
    I want to add to my chest, B cup preferably but do not want a bra noticed and wondered if breast enhancers will stay in a shelf bra tank that I could wear under light shirts. It seems OK for a guy to appear to have gynocomastia and large breast "which I think looks great" but not a guy who wears a bra with forms to fill out his shirt. Any recommendations?

      I would imagine they'd move out of place. But as a busty girl, those shelf bras don't do anything for me.

    my breasts are small and pointy and i am very self conscious about them.       No well, it is not a question of whether being confident "helps"! No, that is the aim - that is also what you hope to achieve by getting more average breasts, right?

      But no you can't change the shape or size of your breast, I believe. So what you really should be asking is HOW you can get more confident ;o) Not to use it for anything, just because it is a lot nicer then.

      But that been said, breasts do change in shape and texture throughout life. Perhaps they will get less "pointy". (But it is not a crime to have pointy breasts, either.)

    Do natural breast enhancers actually work?
    I'm researching this method of enhancing your breasts naturally by taking a pill and I've found some pretty good reviews. But I want to know the answer from someone who's used them. Do they work? If they do, which are the best?

      I tried them and they worked but only a very little.

      I've had better results with self-hypnosis (I'm in the process of it now and have had amazing results). The hypnosis triggers the release of chemicals in your body and the tissue really does begin to grow. I've had tender breasts for a few weeks now and I think it is due to their growth, they are noticeably bigger (and this was confirmed by a second opinion). Email me if you want more info on it.

      No such a thing as a "Natural Breast Enhancers." Your breast size, shape and rate of growth is controlled by your genetics. All the products that say they make breasts larger are fake, they make lots of money for the makers.

      i tried something that was super expensive, seemed to be working, but it made my face break out something horrible so i quit taking it. they immediately shrunk back down. so i'd say if you find something that works, you'll have to keep forking out the money or you'll lose whatever it gave you. if you email me i'll tell you what i took if you wanna know.

    i recently bought breast enhancers and i am not sure what kind of bra would have the most dramatic effect with them any i deas ?? (without the enhancers i am about 32 b )

      Avoid underwire, padded, moulded bras if your bust size is very small. These all have cups that, unless they are the absolute right size, won't mould to the silicone enhancers properly. They may even leave some extra space and not keep the pads properly in place.
      The best bra to use with silicone-filled breast inserts are, without a doubt, those that completely cover the pads. No petite woman would want anyone else but her to know she's increased her bust size by a cup using enhancers.

      You could put double-sided tape between your bra and the costume to keep it together. You could also sew a strip of cloth that matches the costume to the top of the bra so that it would just look like another part of your outfit. On the other hand, it's a birthday party and the boobs are (I assume from your description) obviously fake. I don't think anyone will be surprised or judgemental that you used breast enhancers. If someone comments, just tell them you're upset too, but the Miss California people refused to pay for your boob job.

      I wouldn't do that. I wear a padded bra now because I am in a relationship (four years) and he already knows I have 32A's, but if I were single, I wouldn't do it because I wouldn't want to decieve a guy into thinking I had larger breasts than I do and then he would be disappointed when I finally took the bra off. Tell him before he sees it on his own, Okay? Because he currently thinks you are more sexually attractive than you really are(no offense, I have small tits too)

    Has anyone ever tried herbal breast enhancers that actually work? Any suggestions on good ones?
    I am 5'5" and currently weigh about 125 pounds. As an adult I have been 110 pounds at this height and 130 pounds, and my bra size has always stayed the same--32 A (but my jeans size hasn't! Grr!!) I would love to increase my bust size but I am not willing to undergo the risk and expense of breast implants. I might be willing to spend some money on herbal breast enhancements if there was little or no risk of side effects and I had some reasonable assurance that it might actually work. If there is anyone out there who has had any luck I would love to be pointed in the right direction. You might just tell me to love my body the way it is and let it go, and I do. I try to stay fit and healthy, and I have a wonderful husband who thinks I am beautiful no matter what, and it feels great. But I don't think he would complain if I found a way to manufacture some cleavage.

      victorias secret enhancers are amazing. They work wonders. You can also find knock offs of them at dept. stores, walmart etc. I fooled everyone into thinking I had boobs for a long time. They increase your cup by about 2 sizes.
      You will love them. Expect to pay from 20-100 for them.

      It's all, unfortunately, a farce. Most the pills or foods they tell you to eat have false estrogen in it. However, for that to 'work' you have to eat so much in excess of it, that it can harm you. Massaging doesn't work either. It might plump your breasts because you're irritating the flesh, but it won't really enlarge them. Even still, exercises don't work either (like pushing them together).

      Chest exercises can bulk up the muscle BENEATH your breasts, giving them the appearance of more lift, but that's about it as far as not gaining weight, getting implants or pregnancy.

    I lost weight exercising and my breasts shrank. Do herbal breast enhancers work? Which would you recommend?
    I'm 18; do you think it would be smart for me to take these pills? I am about a full two cup sizes smaller now, about an A-B, and it looks very bad because I am nearly 6 feet tall.       please DONT use any pills ! because most of the breast enhancer pills have hormones in them and hormone is the only way to get your breasts bigger and it will work but you may get breast cancer! now its your choice but if i were you i wouldn't want to even risk it ! you are 18 dont do this to yourself!
      if you really want bigger breasts go and get some breast implants etc its much more painful and more expensive but at the end you will not end up with cancer!

      No they do not work. Several years ago, I tried one called Bloussant? It was a combination daily pill and cream. There has not been a proven way to enhance breast without cosmetic surgery. They are all a big rip off.

      If you have the funds to have the cosmetic procedure, I recommend it. I had mine done about four months ago and couldn't be happier.

      Please don't take this wrong but if I was your boyfriend or husband - I wouldn't be complaining at all!

I am saying that there are a lot of men out there who love and appreciate small breasted and flat breasted ladies - as long as the lady is worth loving.       Don't know of any that inexpensive, but have seen them on E-bay for as low as around 50- Hope this helps.

      I've heard that breast enhancers work but that once you stop taking them they go back down and sometimes get even smaller than before you started. When you stop taking them they can also cause your boobs to be two different sizes when they start to shrink back down. My advice would be not to take them
