Enhance Your Breasts Naturally

Breast Augmentation Sydney

Whether you have a flat or uneven chest, a saggy bust line, or simply want to fill out your clothes better, Breast Augmentation surgery can help you feel more confident and sexier. However, the decision to pursue Breast Augmentation is not a decision to be taken lightly. It is a serious surgery requiring anaesthesia. Being informed and making the right choices is essential to achieve the outcome you desire.

Choosing a Breast Implant

Deciding to pursue Breast Augmentation surgery is the first of many decisions, including choices you need to make about the type of Breast Implants that will best meet your needs and expectations. Breast Implants come in a range of shape and sizes. You also need to make decisions about the placement of the implant and the incision site. These decisions can all be made with the guidance of your Cosmetic Surgeon. An experienced Cosmetic Surgeon can make recommendations based on your desires, expected outcome and body shape. Most women seek natural results that are flattering and complimentary to their overall body shape and proportions.

Cost

The cost of Breast Augmentation surgery depends on various factors and prices can vary significantly between different surgeons. Fees usually include the cost of the implants, the surgical fee, the theatre fee and anaesthetic fee.

Breast Augmentation is usually a purely cosmetic procedure and thus not covered by medicare or private health insurance. It can be covered in the case of reconstruction or correction of an underlying issue, such as tubular breast deformity, asymmetry or breast reconstruction following mastectomy.

Reputable medical practices do not offer payment plans in accordance with the Department of Health policy that practices stay at arm's length from financial support in order not to induce patients into surgery. Finance should be sought privately through personal banking institutions.

The temptation to be guided solely by pricing and costs should be avoided. Instead consider issues such as the experience and training of the surgeon, where the procedure is to be performed and post operative care. Breast Augmentation surgery should be taken seriously and the best medical advice sought in order to facilitate a successful outcome.

Surgery and Recovery

Breast Augmentation surgery typically takes between 1 and 2 hours depending on the type of implant and technique used. Usually performed as a day only procedure in hospital, you will require sedation or general anaesthesia.

Women vary as to the pain and discomfort they experience after surgery. Some women describe only mild discomfort whereas others require mild pain relief. This can depend on the size of breast implant inserted and its placement (eg above or under the pectoral muscle). Some bruising and swelling is typical after surgery but settles down during the healing process. Breast Implants typically sit high to start with and gradually settle to their eventual position in the chest.

Most women return to work within a week or two or surgery, remembering to avoid tasks such as lifting and upper body exercise. A supportive bra is required to be worn in order to support the breasts as they heal and adjust to the implants.

Risks and Complications

Any surgery carries with it inherent risks and complications, such as bleeding, infections and swelling. Breast Augmentation surgery also has risks such as implant rupture or capsular contracture (where a capsule is formed around the breast implant as the body's natural immune response to a foreign body) which results in hardening of the breast and deforming of the implant. Other risks include rippling or implant show, but these are usually avoided by an experienced Cosmetic Surgeon. Scarring varies from person to person, but your Cosmetic Surgeon will be in a position to offer advice as to how to minimise scarring and facilitate healing (such as avoiding smoking before and after surgery and post operative wound care). The risk of complications can be minimised by obtaining information from your Surgeon, seeking advice immediately if any issues arise and strictly adhering to the Surgeon's advice.

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. QUESTION:
Can anyone recommend a good plastic surgeon in Sydney for breast augmentation?

    • ANSWER:
No, but I can recommend that you think about it really hard before you do it! All surgery is risky! If you're 20 or under think about it more before you actually undergo the surgery, ask opinons of friends family and medical professionals, if you are 100% sure then thats your choice good luck! Just offering advice don't make the decision if you're young or ill-informed :D

Breast augmentation surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called tour2india4health consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.

Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

    • ANSWER:
It depends on what clothing you wear. I'm a 36C and I have cleavage it's not like holy crap look at that crease cleavage it's just the natural v you get if you have no bra or if you do have a bra. Basically like in the pic you referred to. Those boobs are about a 38C mine are more like the one right above it. I had cleavage like that with a 34B though. I wore a dress that tied in the front and it gave me stronger cleavage. This is a horrible picture of me since I have my glasses on and my hair was weird but it shows the cleavage I'm talking about with a 36C. It was practically the same with a 34B just not as strong. I hope that helps!!
