   Do silicone sheets/gels on breast augmentation scars actually work?
   My scars are red and raised and can be quite painful. They are so many treatments for scars does anyone know what works best? Also many treatments claim to increase collagen production but isn't that bad for some scars?

     Your scar is hypertrophic and silicone sheets are supposed to work well on these. I have a scar on my face and have been using the sheets for 3 weeks and have noticed a slight difference. They are supposed to be up to 90% effective so theres no harm in trying. I think rejuveness do round sheets specifically for breasts so check their website(below) out.

     Massage is supposed to break scar tissue down so a 5 min massage a day might also help, whilst vitamin e and bio oil will help soften and fade the scar. Rio Rosa mosqeuta oil is claimed to be good for this too.

     The increase of collagen production helps to break down the scar tissue and rebuild new smoother scars. This is why healing takes a long time... Up to 2 years! Hope this helps.

     Possibly some permanent discoloration of your scars, but not likely since they are closed and the spray tan is designed to fade after some time. I would be concerned if your wounds were still open or if you were tanning in a bed, but since neither is the case, I wouldn't worry.

   Breast Reduction/Augmentation Scars. How come celebrities don't have any?
   I am considering getting a Breast Reduction. But I am afraid of the scars. However I was wondering, how come celebrities how have done both kinds of surgeries, don't have any scars?
   Is it possible for someone to erase the scars with laser or similalr operations?
   Well, I guess it's all about the money! But now, I am worried about that anchor shaped scar that comes with the breast reduction. Aren't there other techniques?

     There are numerous options to reduce scars after surgery.

     One is that the celebrity may have really good skin that heals well, and leave very little scarring. Another option is that the person may be using makeup to cover the scars, or have scar removal/reduction (laser) surgery to rid themselves of the scar. Creams for scarring also work, as long as you put them on when you're supposed to.

     Some people have breast augmentation done though the belly button. Which reduces the scar, since no one looks inside their belly button. they also have breast reductions done through the belly button, and with the cutting you use high tech techniques in order make the scarring very small.

     I did not have a lift, but I had implants and the scarring is not noticeable. I have had them for five years and the scars have faded so greatly that I do not even see them any longer.

      You get a breast augmentation... why? Because you thought your breasts were too small.
      Now you think your breasts are too big and want a reduction. But oh, that's not enough, you have to get a breast lift too.

    can i have a breast augmentation (boob job) with a scar on my chest?
    first of all i would like to say I'm 15 and I am not planning on having the procedure until my breasts have stop developing so that I am not damaging my breasts further. Also please I am asking for help here so please don't just say 'your too young for a boob job, I wouldn't if I were you' etc.

    ok so when i was younger (like before i started developing) i had a bike accident were i ripped my chest open and had to get it stitched back up so now until this day I am left with this ugly pink scar that goes in like a curve shape over my right breast. Because of this my right breast has not grown as big as my other one and it is quite noticeable to me because I am a fairly large cup size (32D my smaller boob is around an 32A/32B at the most) and I would like to know if it would be possible to get breast augmentation. I don't think anyone else notices it at the minute because i wear something that helps fill out the bra but the larger boob is still growing so I think if it gets much bigger it will be very noticeably not only to me but to everyone else, also i would not like to be wearing something to fill out my bra for the rest of my life. I am scared to get changed in PE, at it has shattered my self-esteem. I am scared to get intimate with my boyfriend even though he is supportive and loves me so won't push me. I like everything about my body but when i look at my breasts i just want to cry.

    So after all of that explaining my question is, can I get breast augmentation with a scar on my chest? And a branch off of my question is how much will it cost?     I have keloid scars and I am curious if it is safe and possible for me to get any plastic surgery but mainly a breast augmentation? Will a doctor perform my operation with the possibility of keloids?

      A plastic surgeon will not disqualify you as a candidate for cosmetic surgery solely based on your tendency toward keloid scarring. It is, however, something s/he will ask you to consider when weighing the pros/cons of the surgery. You have to decide if the results are worth the potential for noticeable scars.

      There are incision sites that would be better than others in this case. You'd probably want to steer clear of a crease incision because bras (especially underwire) could be uncomfortable with those significant scars. I'd also stay away from a nipple incision because the scar would be obvious. A better option for you might be transumbilical (belly button) or transaxillary (armpit). Those two sites tend to have smaller incisions because the surgery is done endoscopically.

    Is it possible for a plastic surgeon to dig the pocket too far down during breast augmentation?
    I had breast implants one year ago. The right breast is lower than the left. At first, my surgeon told me that the left breast hadn't "dropped" yet. So I left it at that. But one year later, I'm looking more carefully and I think she dug the pocket too far down on the right breast, that's why it's much lower than the left one. Also, my scar was put in the "crease" of the breast. My left breast scar is not visible, because it's right in the crease. On my right breast though, you can SEE the scar, which makes me think my pocked was dug too far down. If you take the skin on the bottom of the right breast and push it up to be level with the skin on the bottom of the left breast, the breast is in perfect position and the scar is not visible, it's in the crease where it belongs. Did my surgeon dig too far down, is that why my right breast is lower? And most importantly, can this be fixed?

    Breast Augmentation: What Should I Expect?
    I am 24 years old and have been considering getting breast implants for years now, but I have never had surgery before so I am terrified. I'm also concerned about breast feeding (no children yet) scars, and nipple enlargement.     Padded bras? I'm 24 years old, not 13 trying to look like I'm in high school. I have breasts, I just wanted BIGGER and more full ones. I want them to look nice in a swimsuit.     Anyone ever had the implants put in through the crease? If so, did you have any issues with the scars? I had surgery 2 1/2 weeks ago and the incisions are very thick, though are not keloids.       Maderma (i;m not sure if that is the correct spelling) is very good for scarring. I used it on my scars after a different surgery and you can barely see them. The doctor said it is the same ingredient as in Accent (a meat tenderizer) which was funny but makes a lot of sense. It works to smooth the skin out and make it even instead of having a raised scar. It does not get rid of the darker color, though. I don't know what your complexion is, but he did say that in caucasian people, the scar tissue eventually (over a few years) will fade almost

    How long until my scars disappear?
    I had a breast augmentation around Nov 2, 2009 and so Im about 3 1/2 months post op. How much longer until the scars are no longer pink?     Breast augmentation dilemma ?
    I'm going for breast augmentation this week and I have a bit of a dilemma. I'm scheduled for an auxillary insicion. meaning they put the implant in through the armpit (*CRINGE*). I've been uncomfortable with the idea of this since day one. It just kind of grosses me out not to mention I can't afford pain in other places since I have to get back to work asap. I'd prefer it through nipple incision but I'm worried because my doctor specializes in auxillary incision. The reason for this is because the scar is more hidden. HOWEVER I know someone else who got breast augmentation through the nipple and the scar is not visible at all. I definately wouldn't mind it. What should I do? stick with auxillary even though I don't like the idea of it and it's 475$ more expensive (but is my surgeon's preffered method) or go with what I wanted originally?

    I last had the surgery in 1990. I can't afford surgery to remove the scar tissue. I don't want to go to the doctor who performed the surgery because he will try to break the scar capsule and he might rupture the implant. I am concerned about taking Accolate because of the risk of liver damage and one of the possible side effects is nausea. I am tired of the soreness and hardness and want to know what can make my breast soft again.

      The sooner you start the treatments the better. The treatments can be uncomfortable, but so is the condition. Your therapist will work only with her hands and gently release the scar tissue a little at a time. She should also train you to work the scar tissue yourself making the process go a lot faster.

    Considering a breast augmentation?
    If I decide to have a boob job after my children are finished with my boobs what it is going to cost me and what it will do for me? I would like them a little perkier and slightly bigger maybe a large C, mostly I will need a lift and possibly have a nipple reduction.       OK well i have ALOT of experience in this field...maybe to much.
      Breast aug will run you anywhere from 3,500-6,000 depending on where you live. cali is about 4,800-5,500 (thats where i live) keep in mind that is just for the implants not lifting, nipple reduction, etc.
      a lift if done with augmentation will cost you about another ,000-3,500. during the lift the typically cut an incision similar shape to an anchor on a ship and the nipple will be removed since it will need to be repositioned up higher since your breasts will be higher. For nipple reduction i would say add about ,000 to the total. but some doctors may through it in free if your total is already alot. your total will be around ,000 (if you live in a lower to middle class area. If you are in places like NY city or beverly hills id say 10k plus.

      this is who did mine and he is great. you probably dont live around here but go see before and afters and read about the procedures on his website. Also before choosing a surgeon see ATLEAST 3 for free consultations and see there before and after photos, who your more comfortable with etc...

    I am about to undergo breast augmentation, but I can't decide on which incision is best for me.?
    My big concern is visible scarring. I have opinions pulling me in both directions, but I can't decide on inframammary or periareolar. Has anyone had good or bad experiences with either? Help! I don't want to make the wrong choice.
    I have met with 2 different surgeons who say 2 different things. The surgeon I chose prefers inframammary, but he also said he was fine with periareolar if that's what I would rather have.

      My wife had periareolar on both breasts. It took about a year for all the scarring to go down, but now, they look fantastic!!!

      If you're worried about the scarring around your n1pple then I would go with inframammary. My wife wasn't concerned with the short term looks, but wanted long term results.

      For the record, she also had a lift, and the periareolar was her only option to more effectively get everything done.

      She was the one that made the decision to get the implants, I fully supported her decision. It has made a huge difference in her self esteem and her confidence. She loves her body now, whereas before she was a 'pear' shape with no breasts. Now? WOW!!!

      Choose your cosmetic surgeon carefully, discuss all options available for implant incisions and type saline/silicone, smooth/textured, sub-muscular or not.

    I have big breasts and i was looking into getting them reduced, i know they leave scarring but i also saw there is a new non invasive procedure as well, has anyone else had this done and were you happy with the results?

      Dont do it! Don't reduce the amount of beauty in the world.
      Besides, there is always a risk involed with surgery. It depends on the skill of the surgeon but also the unknown risk of infection, side effects and the natural reaction of your body. (scar tissue) I know a person who had cosmetic surgery and the scar tissue looked worse than the original problem.

      Mederma work great for scars. Just remember to apply it when you get out of the shower BEFOR YOU PUT LOTION ON, and then again before you go to bed. You will start to see results in about 2-3 months.

    For people who have had breast augmentation and lift...?
    I am 28 years old and about 100 pounds. My whole life I have had D breast which I hated! i have had 4 children and gained an enormous amount of weight with each, causing my breast to go from like EEE to totally deflated. I still have all the skin, but NO tissue! I am too young for this. I can't wear swimsuits or even shirts that show the slightest bit of cleavage because it's just wrinkled up skin. I am having a lift and augmentation soon, but have read there is a lot of scarring. Is there and does it fade? Is it worth it?
    I discussed just a lift with the surgeon, he said there is nothing to lift haha. I am not going bigger than a D I'm actually going with a C.It's pretty much a total reconstruction.

      Why don't you just have a lift. Your already a D cup and your 100 pounds. Anything bigger than a D would be hideous and disproportionate to your frame. Have them lift and tighten So you can have perky breasts without the extra skin. No augmentation (making them bigger) is needed!

    I'm getting a breast augmentation next Tuesday and I'm still debating where I should get the incision? Under the breast or armpit?     i recently had a breast augmentation!.. im really pleased with my recovery (surgery was on the 6th of this month) and i have a great surgeon.. However, she noticed my nipple (where the incision is ) Was becoming pouffy.. So she gave me an appt for next tuesday so she can tape them so they can heal Smoother. Today i felt pain and slept thru the entire day but wen i decided to change my dressings, i noticed that my incision was bleeding!.
    i bought the tape and started tapin these babies!!!!
    im very scared! i dont want a scar and im scared of futher complication!

      Are you taking antibiotics? That's the most important thing to be doing at this point to prevent infection.

      I would get in to see your doctor ASAP just so that you can make sure your incisions close up and start healing.

      The longer you keep the tape on your incisions, the better for healing. I personally managed to keep mine on for four weeks!

      Once the tape comes off and you get the ok from doctor that you can apply something to aid in scar healing (usually AFTER the incision is COMPLETELY healed), you may want to try cocoa butter moisturizer. I used the Palmer's brand cocoa butter, and it worked amazingly - no stretch marks and my incisions healed into invisible scars. I applied that cocoa butter twice a day for MONTHS afterwards!

    are there any serious risks with getting breast augmentation?
    ....just wondering because i plan on getting breast augmentation someday..i'm 20 years old and am completely flat chested - can barely even fill out an A cup. im not like superskinny though, i'm just average weight....so i don't know why im flat chested but i'm very self-conscious about it as i don't feel like my age because of the fact that i have no boobs.

      These are some of the risks of getting breast augmentation:

      Capsular contracture
      Capsular contracture is a scar that forms around the implant, causing it to feel firm, look unnatural, and potentially hurt. When you see pictures of a woman with obvious implants who looks like she has "coconut breasts", she more than likely has a severe capsular contracture. These are though to be less common and less severe with saline implants than with silicone implants, although studies are underway to determine whether this is true. If you develop a mild capsular contracture, you may not be bothered by it and may not even notice you have one. If you develop one that is moderate or severe, you will probably require surgery to correct the problem. Surgery involves removing the scar and placing a new implant. In spite of this, the capsular contracture may return.

      Interference with mammography
      Breast implants do interfere with the ability of a mammogram to "see" all of your breast tissue. Placing the implant under the muscle allows for the least amount of interference.

      Implant displacement
      Implants can move out of position at anytime after breast augmentation surgery. They can move upward, downward, left or right. If they move only a little, you may not even notice. If they move a lot, you may need further surgery to move them back into position. Fortunately, this problem is not common. The larger the implant, the greater the chance that it will displace downward. Find out more about implant displacement.

      Saline Implant deflation
      Saline implants can develop a leak and deflate. If this happens, your breast will shrink to its preoperative size over a matter of a day or so. You will need another breast augmentation surgery to replace the deflated implant.

      Silicone Implant rupture
      Whereas saline implants are said to deflate when the silicone shell becomes disrupted, silicone implants are said to rupture. It really is the same thing, except that when silicone gel implant shells rupture, the silicone does not become quickly reabsorbed by your body. Hence, you might not know whether you have a rupture. If silicone gel extrudes out of the implant shell, then it might provoke an inflammatory response, leading to...that's right....a capsular contracture. This is often the first sign of a silicone gel implant rupture. Whereas ruptures occurred with great frequency in implants made in the 1980's, the newer silicone gel implants have thicker shells and are presumed to have a lower rupture rate (studies are underway). If you develop a moderate or severe capsular contracture with a silicone implant, then the usual treatment is surgical removal of the implant along with the capsule, which is really made up of surrounding scar tissue.       Rippling
      This is the visible appearance of waviness of the skin over your implants, like the ripples of a wave on a lake. Some doctors refer to this as "wrinkling."

      Infection
      Infection, if it occurs, usually does so within two months of surgery. Infection occurs in about 1% of all implant surgeries. If an infection occurs it often requires antibiotics and the removal of the involved implant. A new implant can be placed six months later, which means you would have to go for six months with very uneven breasts. Find out more about implant infections.

      Nipple numbness
      If the possibility of having numb nipples is unacceptable to you, you should not have breast augmentation because no surgeon can guarantee preservation of nipple sensation.       Breast feeding and pregnancy
      Breast feeding ability is not altered by implants. Many women ask about the effect of future pregnancy on augmented breasts. In most cases, implants will not affect the fate of your postpartum breasts. Here is why: following pregnancy (and breast feeding), your breasts will shrink to their pre-pregnancy size (or there about). During this process of shrinking, your breast skin may either tighten or not tighten. If it tightens, you will most likely not have breast droop. If it does not tighten, then your breasts will unfortunately droop. Whether or not the skin tightens has little or nothing to do with the presence or absence of implants.

    what is the best breast augmentation incision to have done?
    I'm 20 years old & am considering breast augmentation, but am trying to decide what incision would be best for me. Every girl obviously doesn't want any scarring, so the TUBA (belly button) incision would probably be the best one right? I saw an episode of doctor 90210, and there was a 20 year old girl that got that incision done, with the saline implant. They just just shoved a long pole with the implant in it & then put 5 pumps in it. Is it just air?

      I have several friends that have had normal implants and as much as some what to say 'I cant even see the scar' it is totally there. If I were going to get one it would definitely be through the belly button. And when they go in through the belly button they fill it with saline through the tube before it is removed.

      Depending on how good the artist is and how bad the scar is as well! The artist that I see did this for my wife's sister who had that same surgery done. But this guy I see has over 26 years experience as well! Their experience makes a world of difference! Best thing to do is fine a tattoo artist in your area that has over 20 years experience and ask him if he can do something like that or if he knows of someone that can! Do some major back ground check on these people before you jump right in and get this done! You want to make really sure that their really really good!

    I have always had a lump in my breast I found a few months after I had breast augmentation, so I never thought anything about it since some people experience scar tissue afterwards.       Given that pregnancy can change a lot of things about the breast - including sometimes 'kick-starting' breast cancer - you are wise to err on the side of caution. The fact that it has subsided somewhat is good news and probably means that it is just scar tissue, but....better safe than sorry. Hope all goes well.

    I'm 16 and my breasts sag. I know some sag is normal but mine is beyond normal sag. I was on steroids for asthma and lost weight.     Breast augmentation at 18?
    I want to get breast implants at 18 because my breasts sagged after losing weight when I was younger. I have between grade 2 and 3 ptotis so it's pretty much as bad of sagging you can get. I have a C cup but I've seen a lot of breast implants and lifts over the years. The lifts never look as good and my breasts don't have a lot of volume. So I figure, implants are cheaper, quicker, they look better and they scar less. So it's a win-win. So what I was wondering is it possible to just get a big enough implant with something like a crescent lift to get rid of the sagging? Otherwise, I would need a ton of scarring from a lollipop lift. I plan to go to a DD because that way, my breast would be in proportion with my body (I'm tall and muscular so I won't come out looking like Pam Anderson). I wouldn't really want to go much bigger. So could it be possible to just use that combination? Thanks. Please post any advice. Also where can you get silicone implants at 18? I'm not going to get saline ones when they don't look that great and I can't wait until I'm 22.

      go for it but do your research (which it sounds like you already have), pick a good surgeon, and make sure and discuss it with the surgeon that you want them to look natural. there is nothing worse than an obvious breast augmentation. good luck!!!

    I am a 21 year old student who was born with very assymetric breasts. One being a b-cup and the other being a d-cup. And finally last October, my wishes to have surgery came true. To the smaller breast, I just augmented it with 500cc. As for the larger breast, did a breast reduction as well as augmenting it with 250cc. All of which my doctor recommended.

    I know my breasts will and never can be perfectly symmetrical however my nipples and areolas are not aligned.

    And my initially larger and reduced breast now has a very dark colored nipple and areola with thick scarring around it. As for my other one is quite light in color and natural in apparance.

    I know that there will always be healing and changes throughout time. But I feel like there could've been a better outcome? Or, what could I do to help this situation? Please, I'm really worried and in dire need of a lot of help! Any advice?

      I had breast augmentation done. Both were filled with 400 cc saline. . Initially, surgeon recommended different amt of saline for each. However, I insisted and got 400.
      Normally, a female's breasts are assymetrical. If you're right-handed; the right one tends to be slightly bigger.

      It seems that the surgeon used a different approach on you . Mine was under my armpits so my nipples were not touched at all. On the other hand, my neighbor had a breast reduction. Hers lookes like she has been butchered. The incision line run horizontally and then vertically like a cross.
      across the breast including the nipples. .

      Don't worry, in due time, that scarring should lightened just like the other one. If you just had it done, you could apply Mederma to help with the scars. I used it for my Tummy Tuck incision.

      The doctor usually do follow-up visits with you. All expected outcomes should have been discussed with pre-operatively. Now, ask him if these results are expected. And what he intends to do about the exagerated assymetry if indeed they are. They normally make markings on your chest. The only thing I'm concerned about is the difference in sizes. After the reduction of the one with the d-cup; 500 cc should have been injected too. Or for a better and normal result to get some of the breast tissues and transplant it to the smaller b-cup.

      In addition, be comforted with this thought -to you maybe the nipples do not look aligned. Initially, I also complained that my nipples were not aligned. But after measuring and levelling them with a ruler, they are aligned. according to an interested observer- my husband. The surgeon might be able to measure them.

      I also complained of so much pain due to the expansion of the chest muscles. They got in the way. I can't get a proper position to sleep. I wanted them out. Eventually, i got used to them. Now, they feel like a part of me. Are you doing the exercises they recommended?

      I'm very well pleased with the results. And there were no complications and horror stories that I hear about on TV. .

    Breast Augmentation Questions?
    My Surgeon wants to cut a circle around my entire nipple and make the nipple smaller and place it higher after he inserts the silicone implants. I am going from a B to a D.

    I have never heard a a plastic surgeon doing the surgery this way and I explained to him I want the incision to be under the breast and he told me it wouldn't look good and I should do it his way.

    WELL I dont think the scar all the way around the nipple looks good and I already paid and my surgery is in a week.

    What is a better heath board to ask this question, and has anyone had implants done that way where they shape and move the nipple!!??

I've always had larger breasts I was at one point a 34dd and that's all fine and gravy but when i lost the weight i went down to a 32c but that's hard to find so i usually buy a 34b. Now my breast have alot of excess skin. I want to get a breast augmentation to bring my breast up to a 34d instead of doing the breast lift because I am afraid of all the scars. Would the augmentation help? or should I get the lift instead. Or maybe both?

      This really depends on how much breast ptosis you have. You can do a search online for degree of breast ptosis (or droop). It ranges from grade 1 to grade 4. If you have a higher grade breast ptosis, you will need a mastopexy (lift) if your breasts just have a little extra skin and the nipple is above the inframmary crease still, implants alone might work. You may actually get the best result with both procedures. The best thing to do would be to consult with a plastic surgeon and see.

      Don't worry too much about mastopexy scars, though. If you're not a significant scar former, you'll probably find that the scars are minimally noticeable if at all and only noticeable when you're naked. They won't be visible in lingerie, swimwear, or clothing.

      initial pain is "manageable"... wife did #3 hydromorphone's (dilaudid) which are pretty strong... but in 2-3 days was down to hydrocodone (vicodins)

      a month for reasonable healing... enough to "play" and not hurt.

      nipple insertion for salines gave minimal scaring...

      I'd avoid the under breast incision because it's more noticeable even years later.

    PLEASE READ, THIS IS VERY BENEFICIAL. I've spent hours upon hours reading different ways to increase breast size.
    The pills are worth hundreds of dollars, with only a slight chance of working, why would you do that? Also with breast enhancement pills, there are other ingredients in those pills the manufacture isn't making completely known, only after doing research on different pills have I found out what is in them. Some have little bits of harmful ingredients while others are completely filled. Some are made all natural, but still have that little hint of danger, and still, are all expensive.
    Breast Augmentation is something completely different. Costing a range anywhere from 00-,000. Going under the knife, leaves scars and sometimes unevenness. Would you really waste 00 on lopsided breasts? Good idea for some, not so for others. Either not having the money, or the dangers involved. They do say breast augmentation has gotten safer over the years, but still, there is ALWAYS a danger with any type of surgery.
    Between the pill and the surgery, I've considered one, then the other, then back to one. I'm unhappy with the size of my breasts, and I always have. I can easily have the money for surgery, but don't want the scars, I'm not wasting money on pills that can damage my health and have no affect on my bust.
    So, sitting and reading on what affects breast and their growth, I've read a few good things.
    -Estrogen is a hormone that comprises a group of compounds, including Astron, Estrada and Estrella. It is the main sex hormone in women and is essential to the menstrual cycle. Although estrogen exists in men as well as women, it is found in higher amounts in women, especially those capable of reproducing. Anyways, when you're pregnant your estrogen levels rise, and well, your breast are noticeably larger. After reading and confirming, estrogen is the main hormone connected with breast growth. If you want larger breasts, here's what you can do:
    Start eating different foods that have a higher level of estrogen. Apples, Cherries, Grapes, Tomatoes, and Pomegranates all have a good amount of estrogen. Apples especially. Alfalfa has high traces of phytoestrogens which is called dietary estrogens. Which means it acts like estrogen. Soy is also very high in estrogen, but a warning, soy extracts are BAD for you. If you are going to eat soy, cook your own soy, no soy extracts. Protein laden foods such as: fresh milk, fish, soy products, nuts and seafood, are also said to increase bust. Very last, flaxseed oil! Flaxseed oil is high in fatty acids and omega 3, 6+9. Very good to take for breast enhancement. And if in the end you don't see you bust grow, flaxseed oil capsules also:
    Lower cholesterol, protect against heart disease and control high blood pressure, Counter inflammation associated with gout, lupus and fibrocystic breasts, Control constipation, haemorrhoids, diverticular disorders and gallstones, Treat acne, eczema, psoriasis, sunburn and rosacea, Promote healthy hair and nails, Minimise nerve damage that causes numbness and tingling as well as other disorders, Reduce cancer risk and guard against the effects of ageing, Treat menopausal symptoms, menstrual cramps, female infertility and endometriosis, Fight prostate problems, male infertility and impotence.
