  I'm sorry to hear that you're feeling disappointed after your breast augmentation.
  
  Keep in mind that it's normal to feel that way right after surgery; you're still in recovery mode right now, and your boobs are still healing and not "set" yet. A LOT of breast augmentation patients feel upset right after surgery because it can be an emotional roller coaster ride..
  
  For many women, it could take up to three or even six months for their breast augmentation to "settle" into their final size. It personally took mine two months to settle into their final look.
  
  Right now, your chest muscles are all tight like a fist because of your surgery and they're riding up higher on your chest. Your boobs aren't going to look this way permanently. As the boobs heal, your muscles will relax, and women often see an increase in size as the muscle relaxes and "releases" the implant that is clenched into your chest right now. The boobs drop a bit into a more natural shape and position on your chest, and they become softer.
  
  The size increase isn't gigantic, but it could be enough to change cup sizes. I have a girl friend who got a full cup size increase after three months!
  
  So my advice is to relax, follow all of your recovery instructions exactly, and let your boobs do their thing. Stress isn't good for our bodies in general, but especially when we're trying to heal. So try to relax. You could very well end up loving them in three months when they're all settled!

  My opinion is no. Self confidence comes from within, and if this is why you are considering surgery I think you will be disappointed. You may like your proportions more, or you may not like them as much as you expected to. But either way, confidence comes from learning how to be comfortable in your own skin. There are plenty of beautiful small busted women, and only in Hollywood do most turn to surgery. Be fit and healthy and dress to complement your body type. Work on other areas of your life that you could improve on (friends, activities, volunteering, learning, working, creating, etc.), without resorting to surgery. Then forget about surgery for a while and focus on those things. Revisit the idea in 6 months or so and see how you feel then. If you are determined, do research. Find out everything that can (and sometimes does) go wrong. Research the surgeon. Go into it realistically and smartly. But in the end, my opinion remains no.

  just in a general way, I think a person should be happy with their body, so if you want them bigger, then that's what you want. and since it harms no one, I can't see any real good reason why you shouldn't. At the very worst case, you can get a breast reduction if they turn out to be too big later. Even bio-women have to get those sometimes if they grow too big.
  
  Just one thought though before you do get them enlarged. It's easy to get focused on a goal, and it's hard to evaluate yourself objectively. It's so easy when you want them to be big in the first place, to just keep wanting them bigger. And looking down your chest is such an awkward angle to see very accurately. So here's what I suggest to be really sure it's what you really want. 1, take pictures of yourself from the side angle, from the front, and not just looking down at them. Use a mirror is you have to (but watch the flash!). Do some clothed in a couple different styles, and do some naked. That'll give you better angles to look at their actual size now. Also try padding or adding cookies (bra stuffers) to approximate the size you're thinking of getting them enlarged to. Then take photos of that from the side and from the front (clothed in the same styles and unclothed). Then you can compare them and see which feels and looks more like you, and what you exactly want. Even try it stuffed for a day, and see how it feels to you just in every day. Good luck!

  Take your camera to any decent one-hour lab. (Not WalMart, they refuse to print any nudity, whether clinical or not) Or take them to a store that sends film to an outlab processer. Most drugstores etc send either to a Fuji lab or a Kodak lab. They will have no problem with developing your film. If you're a bit sensitive about them, look for a lab with a mature woman behind the counter rather than a bunch of teenagers. Don't be embarrassed. I took the before and after photos of my daughter's breast reduction and the photos of her surgeon doing the marking. directly before surgery. Of course, I developed them myself, but any reputable lab will be discreet and non-judgmental. So go ahead and get them done before your film deteriorates.

  Honey, I'm a straight girl and even I can say that you look gorgeous. Breast size doesn't really matter in the long run. As long as you know you're beautiful physically and even more importantly personality wise, you'll be fine.

I am getting breast augmentation in 2 1/2 months, so I have some time to think, but I am trying to decide whether to get high or moderate profile implants. i can see from these pics that tyra's breasts look fake b/c they are too perfect and have all the telltale signs of breast implants (i.e. aversion to the effects of gravity, extreme perkiness, crazy chest growth spurt as an adult)
but she "proved" her breasts were real on her talk show ( a doctor came on and said her breasts were real and gave her a televised sonogram). then she said, "i got fake hair and fake eyelashes y'all" even though it appears she has also had rhinoplasty and didn't admit to that.

I am a 40 y/o female who had breast augmentation last year and went from a very small size to a much bigger one. My problem now is that I have a difficult time finding clothes that look good on me.
