The creator of the iSurgeon is Dr. Michael Salzhauer, who is a board certified plastic surgeon as well as the author of the famous children's book "My Beautiful Mommy". While this application can be used for fun, there is also a serious side to it. Using this, patients who are considering plastic surgery can have an idea of what they will look like much before they visit the doctor. This will help greatly reduce the amount of time spent in consultation and so is a boon to both doctors and patients alike.

The way the application works is very simple. All that is needed is a picture of the body part that requires plastic surgery. Once this picture is loaded on to the user's iPhone, using the iSurgeon application, they can simply glide their fingers over the screen. This simple motion will allow enlarging, diminishing, narrowing and widening of the body part in question and will give users a clear idea of what they will look like after plastic surgery. Of course, the fun part of using the application is that one can alter the images of celebrities and friends.

Once the user has decided what kind of alterations he/she wants, the next steps are simple. He/she simply mails the picture to Dr. Salzhauer, who is based in Miami. The doctor then analyzes the picture and informs the patient whether the procedures chosen are feasible or not. This makes it convenient for both doctor and patient, with both achieving what is required of them without wasting too much time. In a statement made to News of the World, Dr. Salzhauer said "A lot of people wonder what they would look like if they could change themselves but they may be nervous about coming into the office, This will help them find out if they are actually interested and, if they are, they can seek out a certified plastic surgeon to follow it up. Consultations can take up to three hours - this only takes a few minutes and can be done in private."

      There are places, and they are usually poor doctors who will do what they can to keep their office alive, even if they aren't totally sure how to do it and will sometimes operate on patients who are no where near healthy enough for a procedure like that.

      You get what you pay for, as the first poster said. If you want a good doctor with your health in mind, as well as getting it done correctly, go spend the extra money. Would you want bargain bin laser eye surgery? Two for the price of one? Or a doctor who's good enough to have results back up his fees instead of coupons and sales?

      Most doctors will not do more than 2 procedures at a time, due to higher risks when healing. The more that is done, the higher the risk of complication and/or infection, also you have limited mobility after some major procedures, you may also have post-surgical drains implanted.

      IF you want to get one at age 40 then get one. But that age 14 you don't need a lift. in fact a doctors can't my you boobs look any better then they do know.

      I'm 27 and 36K i used to think the same thing when i was your age. The truth is that skin on your breast isn't all that strong and you won't have breast that look like a-c cup shape. Your breast "sag" but it's really only the weight of the fat in your breast. That being said at a 36 K they kinda look a bit like a windsock. But i'm ok with that, because Guy that like my size know that is what they are gonna get and they like the weight and feel of my breast.

      First congrats on your weight loss. when you get pregnant the muscles that have been tightened during the surgery will lose around 40% of their tightness. In such a case women usually go in for a revision of the tummy tuck procedure. You may also have to have a revision of your breast lift. I would also get an ovulation kit to help you pin point exactly when you are ovulating. Specially since you are taking meds to induce your ovulation tracking online or with the calendar isn't as trustworthy since everyone's body is different. Good luck.

      Hey Ezzie,

      Well, first things first - if you're wearing a 34 band size you're definitely not significantly overweight, or it wouldn't fit! :) So I don't think you have any urgent need to lose weight.

      Next, you really should forget about a breast lift. Sagging 'a bit' (which is probably not very much at all if you're objective about it! ;) is no reason to undergo serious and invasive surgery, which will leave an unnatural shape and look, noticable scarring, and comes with real risks and side effects as well as a real price tag.

      All boobs sag sooner or later, it's their natural shape, not some hellish defect - seriously, try not to worry about it! :) And larger natural breasts are always going to drop a little - I promise you that definitely doesn't mean they're not attractive or sexy - quite the opposite in fact, it's all part of their charm! They're really not supposed to be the same shape as As and Bs, only a bit bigger...! I am pretty sure that what you see as 'sagging' is really just the perfectly natural and lovely shape of larger natural breasts - don't worry about it too much, I am sure they're absolutely fab! :)

      Oh and one other thing I'd add is that wearing a bra 24/7, or wearing a particular type of bra, is absolutely not going to make a difference. There is zero - and I mean zero - credible scientific evidence that bras prevent or reduce sagging, and in fact some studies have found wearing a bra less strengthens the ligaments which support the breasts, and so can help keep a 'perkier' look for longer. So definitely don't feel you have to spend the rest of your life strapped in and uplifted. Be proud of your curves, and stay smiley!

      I've never done this, but my friend regularly does an exercise to ensure she has firm breasts. She puts her palms together and ensures her elbows are in line with her shoulders and then presses her palms together as hard as she can for 10 second intervals. I'm not sure how often she repeats this. She lost a lot of weight a couple years ago which caused her boobs to kind of droop a little bit and now she really does have fantastic, firm boobs.

      At 16, you are still growing. You should not do a boob job until you're older like 18+. Do lots of research and make sure your surgeon is certified and has references. Read up on the pros and cons of doing the boob job at a younger age. Also be aware that you will need a repeat boob job 10 years later, and so on.... Good luck.

      A breast lift is achieved by cutting the nipple out and replacing it higher on the breast and removing some of the skin below it and implants can make the outcome much nicer. Also, silicon implants are much more safer than they were 20 years ago - and more realist. I think the ballpark for this procedure is around 00. Some plastic surgeons give a free consultation. There are also many websites that can answer any questions you may have. First rule: do your research!

      I'm a 34 D too and I have the same problem. Get a push up bra, they work the best. Unfortunately there aren't very many good bra stores because bras tend to be made for littler cup sizes, so they make them pretty with very little support. And the ones with lots of support are really ugly. Victoria's Secret is probably the best though. And you can order online if you don't have a store near where you live.

    Duct Tape for a boob lift? Wanna Try it?
    My prom dress is a strapless, and I was reading in this book (Sam Saboura's real style) and I quote:

    "I've learned how to make an A cup look like a C, but it takes some experimentation and practice. The idea is to lift the breast up and tape in place, creating an L around it that supports the breast from underneath and pushes it in from the side to create cleavage. You can remove the tape at the end of the night with some vitamin E oil or body lotion."

    He says this is only for wost case-senerio (spelling?) like, when celebs say they've been taped, stapled and tucked in to look good on the red carpet, they're not lying. I was thinking of trying this, cause sometimes, the strapless push up bra gets heavy and it goes down instead of lifting the breasts up.
    He's gay, and he's a celebrity stylist and he has his own show. Look him up.

      ok- the duct tape thing DOES work but it hurts like bitch coming off no matter how slow you go. i've used this in a few "emergency" situations and after the last time, I think it was my last time. But if you want to try keep these things in mind:
      you may be allergic to the adhesive used on duct tape
      it pulls all the tiny, fine, downy little hairs that you assume you dont have
      the skin around the under side of your breast is EXTREMELY delicate and sensitive
      if your dress slides in the slightest, it will cause the tape to "roll" or curl and your skin tries to follow. (very uncomfortable)
      Again, things to keep in mind but it does work..just make sure your dress stays in place.

    Anyone have tummy tuck or boob lift?
    just curious actually....thinking about how to restore myself to my pre-kid state, my skin has no elasticity and never snapped back into place. Anyone have positive or negative experience, would you do it again, was it worth it?
    already have a csection scar and a zillion stretch marks, wish they would come up with something that really got rid of those, I look like a tiger w/stripes all the way around.

      I am not a mother but I have had a breast augmentation. I had a great plastic surgeon who did a wonderful job helping me find a breast size that suited my body. Instead of worrying each day about how much my breasts bothered me, I now worry about how to keep them in a sports bra when working out!! All comedy aside, the boob job was the best decision I made -- mainly for my self-confidence. If you are interested in altering your body for YOU, I highly recommend consulting with a good doctor and researching your options.     Having major plastic surgery......what to expect? Tummy tuck + boob lift and augmentation at same time?
    I'm having a tummy tuck, breast lift and augmentation (going up one cup size) done all at the same time.........on the 19th.
    Anyone had this done who can tell me what to expect as far as recovery time/pain management/ability to function, etc? I have all the "basic" info from the doc, just looking for opinions from those who have done all 3 procedures at once as far as can I lay in bed and read, can I not even lift my forearms enough to read, can one read on Percocet, etc.............I know I will need help with my 4 year old and keeping him away from me for the first week or so, and other "obvious" things, but I am in online school and I'm taking a break till 4/1. Will this be enough time? Will I be able to lay in bed and read a novel in between?
    I have a pretty high pain tolerance and any reference to pain in relation to gastric bypass and/or a c-section would be helpful.

      I have never had any plastic surgery, but I hope you diligently take your pain medication. That sounds like it's going to be a doozy of a recovery.

      I know someone who had a "breast enhancement" and it was around ,000. That was a year ago and in Wisconsin.
