Have you ever watched Dr. 90210 on tv and seen the problems they have trying to get a C implant into a small-chested girl?   I suggest you start with losing the weight. If you got the implants now and then lost weight, your skin might stretch or sag around the implants and not look right. Start by losing weight through exercise and diet. Make sure that some of your exercise routine works out the pectoral muscles, like doing pushups or lifting weights, since bigger pecs will make your breasts look bigger. And then when you're at your desired weight, then look into the cosmetic surgery.

If money is no object, I would definitely go somewhere with a trusted reputation, (like the Harley Medical Group in London) and even then, book a few consultations with them. If you are going much bigger, the risks and recovery time are bigger and longer and the operation is more tricky. Also explain to them the reasons why you want to alter your bodies in the way that you do, and think about possible consequences down the line, like stretch marks, if the procedures turn out wrong, or if the fetish wears off. In time, IF you and your girlfriend break up, for example, are you likely to want to continue with this fetish without her? If you do go through with the procedure, and you and your girlfriend are satisfied and have great sex for some time, there exists the possibility that you may start to be interested in other fetishes.   If you tell your surgeon you want to be a DD then he/she will make you a DD, you will not be a tripple D, no. Since implants are measured in CC' s not in cup sizes, he/she would use probably 150 CC's so that you would only go up one cup size.

So I have very small breasts (32A). I am considering getting breast implants, but nothing dramatic. Probably just up to a solid B so that I have a little more to work with. If I were to get breast implants this small, would they still look or feel natural? Or more natural than the big implants do?

  I had mine done about 2 months ago and they feel real. I started as an A cup im 5'1" tall and 105 pounds and i got 425cc mod+ cohesive gel silicone implants. The silicone implants feel and look much more natural than saline, but they cost a little more. I went up to a full C with that size and now 2 months later they have settled and look and feel completely natural. That was the main thing i was worried about and Im very happy with my results. The saline will feel hard and look fake because those have to be overfilled to prevent rippling, which is not pretty if that happens. And i saw 4 different ps and 3 said that i should get high profile implants, which provide more projection beause i have a small fraim but that is NOT what you want if your going for natural. Those will give you alot of fullness in the top of the breast. The last ps i saw was a woman and she said that i should get moderate plus profile and lower my crease under the breast to get the natural result. but the main regret i have is wishing id gone bigger. when you try on the implants and find a size you like you need to increse that by like 15% bc once they are in your body they are going to look alot smaller. They say thats the main reason for revisions. So i went bigger than your wanting to go and have a completely natural result, and thats mainly due to my surgeon who was great, and i did alot of research. im in tx andher name is kristi sumpter.   Have you already had all the children you want to have? The reason I am asking is because when you get implants, you cannot breast feed your baby. If this is not an issue, go for it. The size you get for implants should match your body frame. If you are a slender person, size 34 C may look big. For instance, the actress Tara Reid had size 34 C implants put in, and they made her chest look extremely large. When she had them taken out, I thought she looked a lot better. Also, if you don't want to look like you had a boob job, you need to go to someone with an excellent reputation. Any good plastic surgeon, will give you a recommendation on what he/she thinks would look good on you. Also, a good surgeon can put in the more natural looking implants. When you are trying to decide your surgeon be sure call your local state board to make sure they were not disciplined or censured. Always remember this is a surgery and your recovery will be long and painful. Make sure you can take a good few weeks off of your life and everyday activities. .A quick and more versatile alternative would be to wear push-up bras. I always envy woman with small breasts because they look good in all clothing. Someone with larger breasts, like myself, always has to worry about not looking "slutty" in more revealing clothes.   There's no way for sure to make them bigger!
  although you could try:
  -Eating fattier foods(although the wight will be distributed everywhere)
  -Padded bras
  -Breast massages (look them up they may work)
  There isn't really anything you an do breasts size is determined by genetics, although I wouldn't worry about it too much when a 34C is the most desired bra size ( and to guys it's considered the 'perfect' size)
  I would do anything for your bra size i'm 16 and a 32E/F and HATE being busty... I wish we could trade.
  All I can say is be happy with/ embrace your body because it's the only one you have and there's nothing that can be done about it. (plus you have nothing to complain about you have a great body I'm sure and tons of girls would kill for it)
  I know you want bigger boobs but sometimes the grass is not always greener on the other side I would do anythign for your bra size.
