It would be very tricky trying to accurately hold your jaw forward while you are under anesthesia for your plastic surgery. Talk to your surgeons about the best timing for the two surgeries. Probably they will recommend that you wait for the swelling to go away from your first surgery before going for the second.

  They see specific flaws and envision specifics to make the overall picture better.
  In other words, they see the trees instead of the forest and make recommendations based on their talent.
  
  As for these before and after pictures, they're not entirely fair. They use the worst pics from what the person looked like before (even if it means showing pics of them that wouldn't normally depict what they'd look like in every day life or showing pics of them at a totally different age) and then the best pics of them from after.

I know this good-looking white guy from denmark. he always say he has a thing for asian women because they look different than him. I curious when he get one he gave his girlfriend a money for plastic surgeries like nose job, jaw reduction or eye job etc. he isn't the only one. I have seen many asian girls post a pictures of them before and after plastic surgeries on internet. all of them have caucasian boyfriend or husband ( the reason they can afford to do plastic surgeries) and most of them don't look like they just want to enhance their looks. all of them worn blue contact lens, dye blonde hair. some gone far posted her picture comparing to a caucasian celebrities. aishwarya rai or avil lavigne. why those white guys encourage their girlfriend to do plastic surgeries when she want? why they say they dislike white girls and then give asian girls a money for a plastic surgeries?

  Because asian women are very, very insecure and they will do anything for a white man. They will even change their features to please you. They will cook and clean and do anything you want them to do. Especially in bed. I'm a white guy and I love it.

  I've had plastic & reconstructive surgeries. I feel fine and I felt fine before. I'm much better since I've had breast reduction and I breathe much better since I had my nose job. I'm look better and fit better in clothes since my tummy tuck. I've also had upper & lower eyelift and fat removed from my chin. I couldn't care less what others think of me. What counts is what I think. Besides, I've had nothing fake put into me. Happy Valentine's Day. 2D
